Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y a un aparato para el tratamiento térmico de un objeto, tal como para el endurecimiento de objetos con formas complejas, tales como cigüeñales. El método comprende la etapa de proyectar un haz de energía (1) tal como un haz láser sobre una superficie del objeto (1000), operar un escáner (2) para barrer de forma repetida el haz (1) para desplazar un punto primario (11) de acuerdo con un primer patrón de barrido con el fin de establecer un punto efectivo (12) sobre el objeto, y desplazar dicho punto efectivo (12) en relación con la superficie del objeto (1000). El haz sigue una trayectoria óptica entre el escáner (2) y la superficie del objeto (11) y un dispositivo de desviación del haz (3, 3A) se coloca en la trayectoria óptica para redirigir el haz. El dispositivo de desviación del haz se puede colocar cerca de la superficie del objeto.
