Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para tratamento térmico de um objeto, tal como para o endurecimento de objetos com formas complexas, tais como virabrequim. o método compreende a etapa de projetar um feixe de energia (1) tal como um raio laser sobre uma superfície do objeto (1000), operando um scanner (2) de modo a verificar repetidamente o feixe (1) para deslocar um ponto primário (11) de acordo com um primeiro padrão de varredura de modo a estabelecer um ponto efetivo (12) no objeto, e deslocando o referido ponto efetivo (12) em relação à superfície do objeto (1000). o feixe segue um caminho óptico entre o scanner (2) e a superfície do objeto (11), e um dispositivo defletor de feixe (3, 3a) é colocado no caminho óptico para redirecionar o feixe. o dispositivo deflector do feixe pode ser colocado perto da superfície do objeto.
