Abstract

Se proporciona un método para producir un derivado de piridona policíclico sustituido. Un método para producir un compuesto representado por la fórmula (II), que se caracteriza porque un compuesto representado por la fórmula (I) se hace reaccionar con un compuesto representado por la fórmula R2-OH (en donde R2 representa un grupo alquilo no sustituido) en LA presencia de Una sal de sodio y/o una sal de magnesio. (En la fórmula (I), R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo protector distinto de un grupo alquilo no sustituido). (En la fórmula (II), R2 es como se definió anteriormente).
