Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a pirrolidin-2-onas de acuerdo con la fórmula (1), o sales de las mismas: (ver fórmula (1)) en donde R1 es hidrógeno o un grupo protector de nitrógeno, métodos para su preparación, y su uso en la preparación de inhibidores de endopeptidasa neutra, en particular en la preparación del etil-éster del ácido N-(3-carboxil-1-oxo-propil)-(4S)-(p-fenil-fen il-metil)-4-amino-(2R)-metil-butanoico, o una sal del mismo.
