Abstract

Predmet pronalaska je postupak za prečišćavanje farmakološki akti vnih proteina, zasnovanih na upotrebi katjonske izmjenjivačke hromatografi je na čvrstom nosaču izvođenom na baznijim pH, tj. višim, u odnosu na pH koji odgovara izolektričnoj tački, pI, proteina koji se prečišćavaju, pH na kojem su međuti m pomenuti proteini još uvijek zaostali absorbovani. Rastvori pufera sa vrednošću pH i jonskom jačinom podešenom sa vremena na vrijeme vrsti farmakološki akti vnih proteina koji de prečišćavaju se koristi u cilju dobijanja takvih rezultata. Postupak se uglavnom odnosi na prečišćavanje interferona i albumin proteina.
