Abstract
본 발명은 활성 형태의 할로겐화 마그네슘상에 담지된 티타늄 화합물 및 Al-알킬 화합물로 부터 얻어진 고활성 촉매의 존재하에, 기체상에서의 적어도 하나의 (공)중합단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 CH2=CHR(여기서, R은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬 또는 아릴기이다)의 중합체 및 공중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 방법은 같거나 다르고 알킬 알루미늄 화합물과 반응할 수 있는, 적어도 두개의 기를 갖으면서, 기체상에 존재하는 중합체의 평균 과립 크기가 비교하여 미립자의 중합체의 반응성을 선택적으로 억제할 수 있는 화합물을 중합체와 비교하여 소량으로 첨가하여 수행될 수 있다는 사실에 특징이 있다.

Claims (16)
- (1) 활성형태의 이할로겐화마그네슘상에 담지된 티타늄 화합물을 포함하면서 추가로 내부 전자 공여체를함유할 수 있는 고체 성분 및 (2) 외부 전자 공여체의 존재하에 있을 수 있는 알킬 알루미늄 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에, 유동층 또는 교반층으로 유지되는 기체상의 적어도 하나의 (공)중합단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 CH2=CHR (여기서, R은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기 또는 아릴기이다)의 (공)중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, -상기 유동층 또는 교반층이 500㎛를 초과하는 중합체 과립자를 80%이상 및 200㎛미만인 중합체 과립자를 10% 미만으로 함유하고; -같거나 다르며, 알킬 알루미늄 화합물 (2)와 반응될 수 있는 적어도 2개의 기를 함유하고, 탄소수 4이상의 사슬을 갖는 화합물(3)이 상기 (공)중합체에 대하여 100중량 ppm 초과의 양으로, 화합물(3)대 알킬 알루미늄 화합물(2)의 몰비가 1미만의 양으로 상기 어느 공정 단계에 도입되며; 상기 화합물(3)이, 에틸렌과 프로필렌 혼합물의 표준 중합시험에 사용될 경우에, 850㎛미만의 중합체 입자의 중합을 선택적으로 억제시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(3)이 다음 부류에 속하는 것들 중에서 선택되는 방법; (a) 탄소수 4 내지 8의 사슬을 함유하는 폴리 알콜; (b) 적어도 두개의 유리 히드록실기를 갖으면서, 탄소수 8 내지 22의 카르복실산 및 폴리 알콜로 부터 얻어진 히드록시 에스테르; (c) 일반식 CH3(CH)nCH2-N(CH2CH2OH)2(여기서, n은 2이상이다)의 N-알킬-디에탄올아민; 및 (d) 폴리에폭시데이트 불포화 오일.
- 제2항에 있어서, 화합물(3)이 1,4-부탄디올, 소르비톨, 글리세롤-모노스테아레이트, 소르비탄-모노올레이트, 에폭시데이트 아민인유, 에폭시 데이트 대두유, 일반식 CH3(CH)nCH2-N(CH2CH2OH)2(여기서, n은 6 내지 20의 수이다)의 N-알킬-디에탄올아민으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(3)이 최종 중합체에 대하여 100 내지 2000중량 ppm범위의 양으로 공급되고, 화합물(3)대 알킬 알루미늄 화합물의 몰비가 0.05 내지 0.8범위내인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 3 내지 5의 알칸이 총기체에 대하여 20내지 90%의 몰 농도로 기체상에 존재하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알칸이 프로판인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄 화합물이 적어도 하나의 할로겐화물-Ti 결합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체성분이 내부 전자 공여체를 포함하며 반응이 외부 전자 공여체의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 전자 공여체 화합물이 하기 일반식;(상기 식에서, RⅠ및 RⅡ는 서로 같거나 다르며, 각각 탄소수 1~18의 알킬, 시클로알킬 및 아릴기이고, RⅢ및 RⅣ는 서로 다르며, 각각 탄소수 1~4의 아킬기이다.)의 디에테르인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 고체 성분(1)이 구형인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 고체 성분(1)이 구형인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 생성물.
- 화합물(3)이 700㎛미만의 중합체 입자로 농축된 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 얻어진 올레핀의 과립 중합체.
- 화합물(3)이 700㎛미만의 중합체 입자로 농축된 것을 특징으로 하는 제10항에 따른 방법에 의하여 얻어진 올레핀의 구형 중합체.
- 화합물(3)이 700㎛미만의 중합체 입자로 농축된 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 방법에 의하여 얻어진 에틸렌 (공)중합체.
- 화합물(3)이 700㎛미만의 중합체 입자로 농축된 것을 특징으로 하는 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 방법에 의하여 얻어진 프로필렌 (공)중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
