Abstract
본 발명은 일반적으로 올레핀을 중합시키는데 유용한 지지된 촉매 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 촉매를 지지시키는 방법은 중합 공저에 사용될 경우 기체 또는 슬러리 중합 공정에서 실질적으로 반응기의 오염 및 시이팅을 감소시키는 지지된 메탈로센 촉매를 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 적절한 용매중에서 지지 물질, 메탈로센 촉매 성분, 활성화제 및 표면 개질제를 배합하는 것을 포함하는, 지지된 메탈로센 촉매 시스템을 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 지지된 촉매 시스템의 총 중량의 0.1중량% 내지 5중량% 미만인 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 방법:여기서 R1은 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 50의 선형 또는 분지된 알킬 그룹이고, R2는 x가 1 내지 50의 정수인 (CH2)x라디칼의 하이드록시 그룹이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 일반식 C18H37N(CH2CH2OH)2, C12H25N(CH2CH2OH)2, 및 (CH3)(CH2)7(CH)2(CH2)7OCOCH2(CHOH)4CH2OH로 표시되는 화합물의 그룹중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 솔비탄 모노올리에이트 화합물 또는 3급 에톡실화 아민인 방법.
- (a) 다공성 지지 물질을 하나 이상의 메탈로센 촉매 성분 및 하나 이상의 활성화제와 접촉시키고; 이어서 (b) 표면 개질제가 촉매 시스템의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.05 내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재하도록 하나 이상의 표면 개질제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 지지된 메탈로센 촉매 시스템을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 일반식 C18H37N(CH2CH2OH)2, C12H25N(CH2CH2OH)2, 및 (CH3)(CH2)7(CH)2(CH2)7OCOCH2(CHOH)4CH2OH로 표시되는 화합물의 그룹중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 지지된 촉매 시스템의 총 중량의 0.1중량% 내지 5중량% 미만인 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 지지된 촉매 시스템의 존재하에 중합하는 것을 포함하는, 올레핀을 단독으로 또는 하나 이상의 다른 올레핀과 조합하여 중합하기 위한 공정.
