Abstract
본 발명은 다음 화학식(1)의 화학적 화합물에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C40그룹이고, X은 서로 독립적이로 동일하거나 상이하며 각가가 C1-C40그룹이고, M은 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 원소 주기율표의 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, Ⅳa족 또는 Ⅴa족 원소이고, a, b 및 c는 각각 정수 0 내지 10이며, a=b·c이고, d, e 및 f는 각각 0 또는 1이며, g, h 및 k는 각각 정수 0 내지 10이고, i는 정수 0 내지 1000이며, j는 정수 1 내지 6이고, A는 원소 주기율표의 Ⅰa족, Ⅱa족 및 Ⅲa족의 양이온, 카베늄, 옥소늄 또는 설포늄 양이온 또는 4급 암모늄 화합물이다. 당해 화합물은 올레핀 중합 반응용 촉매 성분으로 적합하다.

Claims (10)
- 본 발명은 다음 화학식(1)의 화합물.상기식에서, R은 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C40그룹이고, X은 서로 독립적이로 동일하거나 상이하며 각가가 C1-C40그룹이고, M은 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 원소 주기율표의 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, Ⅳa족 또는 Ⅴa족 원소이고, a, b 및 c는 각각 정수 0 내지 10이며, a=b·c이고, d, e 및 f는 각각 0 또는 1이며, g, h 및 k는 각각 정수 0 내지 10이고, i는 정수 0 내지 1000이며, j는 정수 1 내지 6이고, A는 원소 주기율표의 Ⅰa족, Ⅱa족 및 Ⅲa족의 양이온, 카베늄, 옥소늄 또는 설포늄 양이온 또는 4급 암모늄 화합물이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 C1-C40-알킬, C1-C40-할로알킬, C6-C40- 아릴, C6-C40- 할로아릴, C7-C40- 아릴아킬 또는 C7-C40-할로아릴알킬 그룹이고,X가 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 C1-C40- 알킬렌, C1-C40-할로알킬렌, C6-C40- 아릴렌, C6-C40- 할로아릴렌, C7-C40-아릴아킬렌, C7-C40-할로아릴아킬렌, C2-C40- 알키닐렌, C2-C40-할로알키닐렌,C2-C40-알케닐렌 또는 C2-C40-할로알케닐렌 그룹인 화학식(1)의 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 각각 할로겐화 C1-C30-알킬 그룹 또는 그C6-C30-아릴 그룹, 할로겐화되지 않거나 할로겐화된 C6-C30-아릴렌 그룹, C|2-C30-알켈닐렌 그룹 또는 C2-C30-알키닐렌 그룹이고, M이 원소 주기율표의 Ⅲa족 원소이며 a, b 및 c가 각각 0,1 또는 2이고, g, h 및 k 가 각각 정수 0 또는 1이며, j가 3 또는 4이고, i는 0 또는 1이며 A가 카베늄 이온 또는 4급 암모늄 이온인 화학식(1)의 화합물.
- 화학식 YXY의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에서 화학식 MRjY 및 RY의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계 및 이러한 반응생성물을 화학식 AY의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는(여기서, Y는 이탈 그룹이고, X, M, R, j및 A는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다). 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식(1)의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- a)하나 이상의, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식(1)의 화합물 및 b) 하나 이상의 메탈로센을 포함하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 지지체를 추가로 포함하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 따르는 촉매 시스템을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식(1)의 화합물의 용도.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 따르는 촉매의 시스템을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식(1)의 화합물의 용도.
- 올레핀 중합체를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식(1)의 화합물의 용도.
- 제8항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있는 폴리올레핀.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
