Claims (9)

  1. 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소 속에서 불용성인 알루미녹산과 하나 이상의 메탈로센과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미녹산의 실험식이 AlOaRb(여기서, a는 0.5≤a≤1.3이고, b는 0.5≤b≤2이며, R은 동일하거나 상이하고 C1-C6-알킬, C6-C10-아릴 또는 벤질이다)인 촉매.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알루미녹산이 C1-C4-알킬 알루미녹산인 촉매.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미녹산이 메틸알루미녹산인 촉매.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미녹산이 벤젠 또는 톨루엔 속에서 불용성인 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메탈로센을 사용하여 제조된 촉매.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 지르코노센인 촉매.
  8. 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소 중에서 불용성인 알루미녹산을 하나 이상의 메탈로센과 반응시킴을 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 촉매를 사용함을 포함하여, 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb의 올레핀(여기서, 는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 14의 탄화수소 라디칼이거나, 또는 Ra및 Rb는 이들이 결합하고 있는 원자와 함께 환을 형성한다.)을 촉매의 존재하에 용액, 현탁액 또는 기상으로 -60 내지 200℃의 온도 및 0.5 내지 100bar의 입력하에 중합시키거나 공중합시킴으로써 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
