제1도는 본 발명의 (실시예 1에서 제조된) 에틸렌 공중합체의 흡열성을 DSC(시차 주사 열량계)로 측정하여 얻은 흡열곡선을 나타낸 도면.
제2도는 본 발명의 유기알미늄 옥시 화합물의 IR스펙트럼의 일예도.
제3도는 종래의 벤젠 기용성 유기알미늄 옥시화합물의 IR스펙트럼의 일예도.
Claims (10)
- (A) 밀도(d)가 0.86∼0.95g/㎤이고, (B) 190℃, 하중 2.16kg에서 측정한 MFR이 0.001∼50g/10분이고, (C) 멜트텐션(MT)과 MFR이 하기 관계식을 만족하며,logMT >-0.66logMFR+0.6; (D) 시차주사열량계(DSC)로 측정한 흡열곡선이 최고 피크를 나타내는 온도(T)와 밀도(d)가 하기 관계식 T<400d-250을 만족하는 것이 특징인, 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 구성단위(a)와, 탄소수 3∼20의 α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 구성단위(b)로 구성된 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 구성단위함량이 70∼96중량%이고, 상기 α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 구성단위 함량이 4∼30중량%인 것이 특징인 에틸렌 공중합체.
- (A) 탄소 및/또는 실리콘을 함유한 기를 통해 가교결합된 각각 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 2이상의 기를 포함하는 리간드들을 갖는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이금속의 화합물과, (B) 유기알미늄 옥시화합물로부터 제조된 고체촉매 존재하에서, 중합계중에서 생성된 중합체가 고체상태로 존재하는 조건하에서, 올레핀을 종합시키는 것이 특징인, 하기 조건; (a) 190℃, 하중 2.16kg에서의 MFR이 0.001∼100g/10분이고; (b) 멜트텐션(MT)과 MFR이 하기 관계식logMT>-0.66logMFR+0.6을 만족하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
- (a) 탄소 및/또는 실리콘을 함유한 기를 통해 가교결합된 각각 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 2이상의 기를 포함하는 리간드들을 갖는 주기율표 ⅣB족의 천이금속의 화합물과, (B) 유기알미늄 옥시화합물 및 (C) 유기 알미늄 화합물로부터 제조된 고체촉매 존재하에서, 중합계중에서 생성된 중합체가 고체상태로 존재하는 조건하에서, 올레핀을 중합시키는 것이 특징인, 하기 조건; (a) 190℃, 하중 2.16kg에서의 MFR이 0.001∼100g/10분이고; (b) 멜트텐션(MT)과 MFR이 하기 관계식,logMT>-0.65logMFR+0.6;을 만족하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
- [A] 미립자 담체와 [B] 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드들(이 시클로알카디에닐 골격들은 상호간에 결합돼 있지 않음)을 함유한 천이금속 화합물과 [C] 각각 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 2이상의 리간드들(상기 2 이상의 리간드들은 알킬렌기, 치환된 알킬렌기, 실릴렌기, 또는 치환된 실릴렌기를 통하여 결합되어 있음)을 함유한 천이금속 화합물 및 [D] 유기알미늄 옥시화합물을 함유한 촉매 존재하에서, 현탁액 또는 기상중에서 올레핀을 예비중합시켜 제조된 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 예비중합된 고체 촉매.
- [A] 미립자 담체와 [B] 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드들(이 시클로알카디에닐 골격들은 상호간에 결합돼 있지 않음)을 함유한 천이금속 화합물과 [C] 각각 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 2이상의 리간드들(상기 2 이상의 리간드들은 알킬렌기, 치환된 알킬렌기, 실릴렌기 또는 치환된 실릴렌기를 통하여 결합되어 있음)을 함유한 천이금속 화합물 및, [C] 유기알미늄 옥시화합물 및, [E] 유기 알미늄 화합물을 함유한 촉매 존재하에서, 현탁액 또는 기상중에서 올레핀을 예비중합시켜 제조된 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합용 예비중합된 고체 촉매.
- 제5항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 예비중합된 고체촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합, 또는 공중합시키는 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.
- 제6항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 예비중합된 고체촉매의 존재하에서, 올레핀을 중합, 또는 공중합시키는것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.
- 제5항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 예비중합된 고체촉매와 유기알미늄 화합물 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.
