EL PROCEDIMIENTO IMPLICA UNA ETAPA DE PREPOLIMERIZACION QUE PUEDE LLEVARSE A CABO IN SITU. EL CATALIZADOR PUEDE INCLUIR POR EJEMPLO UN COMPLEJO DE METALOCENO DE GEOMETRIA RESTRINGIDA SOPORTADO SOBRE SILICA Y UTILIZADO EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACTIVADOR. LA ETAPA DE PREPOLIMERIZACION PERMITE MEJORAR LA ACTIVIDAD DEL CATALIZADOR.
