Claims (6)
- 액체 사이클로올레핀 단량체 또는 사이클로올레핀 단량체 혼합물중에서 또는 95용적%이상의 사이클로올레핀 용액중에서 중합반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로하여 0.1 내지 100중량%의 하나이상의 일반식(I), (II), (III), (IV), (V) 또는 (VI)의 단량체, 0 내지 99.9중량%의 일반식(VII)의 사이클로올레핀 및 0 내지 99.9중량%의 일반식(VIII)의 어사이클릭 1-올레핀을 선형 형태인 경우에는 일반식(IX)의 알루민옥산 및/또는 사이클릭 형태인 경우에는 일반식(X)의 알루민옥산 및 일반식(XI)의 메탈로센을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 20 내지 150℃의 온도 및 0.01 내지 64바아의 압력에서 중합시켜 사이클로올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1, R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7및 R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자 또는 C1-C8-알킬라디칼이고, 상이한 일반식에서의 동일한 라디칼은 상이한 의미를 나타낼 수 있으며, n은 일반식(XII)에서는 2 내지 10이고 일반식(IX) 및 (X)에서는 2 내지 50이며, R9,R10,R11및 R12는 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소원자 또는 C1-C8-알킬 라디칼이며, R13은 C1-C6-알킬 그룹, 페닐 또는 벤질이고, M1은 티다늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀 또는 탄탈륨이며, R14및 R15는 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C10-알킬그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C20-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹 또는 C8-C40아릴알케닐 그룹이며, R16, R17은 중심원자 M1과 샌드위치 구조를 형성할 수 있는 서로 상이한 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 탄화수소 라디칼이고, =BR19=AlR19, -Ge-, -Sn-, -O-, -S-, =SO, =SO2, =NR19, =CO, =PR19또는 =P(O)R19(여기서, R19또는 =P(O)R19(여기서, R19, R20및 R21은 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-플루오로알킬그룹, C6-R10-플루오로아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹, 또는 C7-C40알킬아릴 그룹이거나, R19및 R21은 각각의 경우 이들과 결합된 원자와 함께 환을 형성하고, M2는 실리콘, 게르마늄 또는 주석이다)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합반응은 액체 사이클로올레핀 단량에 또는 사이클로올레핀 단량체 혼합물 중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(XI)의 메탈로센이 디페닐메틸렌(9-플루오레닐)사이클로펜타디에닐 지르코늄 디클로라이드, 이소프로필렌(9-플루오레닐)사이클로펜타디에닐지르코늄 디클로라이드, 메틸(페닐)메틸렌(9-플루오레닐)사이클로펜타디에닐지르코늄 디클로라이드 또는 디페닐메틸렌(9-플루오레닐)사이클로펜타디에닐 하프늄 디클로라이드인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리 사이클릭 올레핀이 노르보르넨 또는 테트라사이클로도데센인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노르보르넨과 에틸렌의 공중합체가 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있는 사이클로올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
