Claims (23)
- a) 플루오레닐 염을 생성하기 위해 메탈로센의 전이금속과 q-배위된 비 할로겐화된 액체로 본질적으로 구성된 액체 희석제의 존재하에, 알칼리 금속 알킬을 플루오레닐-함유 화합물과 반응시키고; b) 그리고 나서, 일반식 MeOK(여기서 Me는 주기율표의 IVB, VB 또는 VIB 족금속이고, 각 Q는 같거나 다르고, 1-20 탄소원자를 가지는 히드로카르빌 또는 히드로카르빌옥시 라디칼 또는 할로겐이고, K는 Me의 남아 있는 원자가를 채우는데 충분한 수이다.)의 전이 금속 화합물과 플루오레닐 염을 반응시키되 전이 금속 화합물과 플루오레닐 염의 반응은 메탈로센의 전이 금속과 비-배위된 비할로겐화된 액체로 본질적으로 구성된 액체 희석제의 존재하에 수행되는 것으로 구성되는 플루오레닐-함유 메탈로센 제조 방법.

- 제7항에 있어서, F1이 플루오레닐 라디칼이고, Cp가 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 테트라히드로인데닐 또는 플루오레닐 라디칼이고, 각 R이 같거나 다르고 1-20 탄소 원자를 가진 유기 라디칼이고, R″가 구조적 브리지 연결(F1Rn) 및 (CpRm)이고, n이 0-7의 범위내 수이고, m은 0-7의 범위내 수인 일반식 R″(F1Rn)(CpRm) MeQk의 메탈로센을 생성하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 생성된 메탈로센이 (,2-디플루오레닐에탄) 지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-플루오레닐)-2-(시클로펜타디에닐)에탄지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-플루오레닐)-2-(인데닐)에탄 지르코늄 디클로라이드, 1,2-디(2-터트-부틸플루오레닐)에탄 지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-플루오레닐-2-메틸-2-인데닐)에탄 지르코늄 디클로라이드, 또는 (1,2-디플루오레닐에탄) 하프늄 디클로라이드인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, R″가 2가 메틸렌 라디칼 -CH2-인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, F1Rn이 비치환 플루오레닐 라디칼이고 CpRm이 비치환 시클로 펜타디에닐 라디칼인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 생성된 메탈로센의 리간드가 1-플루오레닐-1-시클로펜타디에닐 메탄인 방법.
- 적당한 중합 조건하에, 제1-6항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법에 의해 생성된 메탈로센 및 적합한 보조 촉매로 구성되는 촉매 시스템과 상기 올레핀을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 올레핀 중합방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 보조 촉매가 알킬 알루미녹산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 프로필렌 단독중합체가 생성되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 4-메틸-1-펜텐의 단독중합체가 생성되는 방법.
