Abstract
본 발명은 공촉매(바람직하게는 알루미녹산)와 다음 일반식(I)의 메탈로센을 포함하는, 올레핀 중합체용으로 매우 유효한 촉매 시스템에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, 바람직하게는 M1은 Zr 또는 Hf이고, R1및 R2는 할로겐 또는 알킬이며, R3은 알킬이고, R4내지 R10는 알킬 또는 수소이고, R11은 (치환된)알킬렌 또는 헤테로원자 브릿지이다.

Claims (26)
- 일반식(I)의 화합물.

- 상기식에서, M1은 주기율표의 IVb, Vb 또는 VIb족 금속이고, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 수소원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C1-C20-알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10-아케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹, OH 그룹 또는 할로겐 원자이고, 라디칼 R3은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 할로겐화될 수 있는 C1-C10알킬 그룹, C6-C10아릴 그룹, 또는 -NR2-, -SR-, -OSiR3, -SiR3또는 -PR2라디칼(여기서, R은 할로겐 원자, C1-C10알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10아릴 그룹이다)이고, R4내지 R10은 R3에 대해 정의한 바와 같거나, 인접한 라디칼 R4내지 R10은 이들이 결합되어 있는 원자와 함께 방향족 또는 지방족 환을 형성하며,

- 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 일반식(V)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라, 생성된 반응 생성물을 유도체화함을 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.

- 상기식에서, 라디칼 R3내지 R11및 M1은 일반식(I)에서 정의한 바와 같고, M3은 알칼리 금속, 바람직하게는 리튬이며, X는 할로겐 원자, 바람직하게는 염소이다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 일반식(I)화합물을 메탈로센으로서 사용함을 포함하여, 메탈로센으로부터 형성되는 전이 금속 화합물로서의 촉매 및 공촉매의 존재하에서 용액, 현탁 또는 기상으로 0.5 내지 100bar의 압력하에 -60 내지 200℃의 온도에서 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb(여기서, Ra와 Rb는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 14의 탄화수소이거나, Ra및 Rb는 이들이 결합되어 있는 원자와 함께 환을 형성할 수 있다)의 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시켜 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 선형 형태의 경우에는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알루미녹산을 공촉매로서 사용하고/거나 환식 형태의 경우에는 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알루미녹산을 공촉매로 사용하는 방법.

- 상기식에서, 라디칼 R14는 동일하거나 상이하고 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C6-C18-아릴 그룹, 벤질 또는 수소이며, p는 2 내지 50의 정수이다.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 메틸알루미녹산이 공촉매로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 메탈로센이 중합반응에 사용되기 전에 일반식(Ⅱ) 및/ 또는(Ⅲ)의 알루미녹산으로 예비활성화되는 방법.
- 올레핀 중합에서 촉매성분으로서의 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 일반식(I)의 메탈로센의 용도.
