Abstract
본 발명은 화학식 1의 메탈로센 화합물에 관한 것이다:
상기 일반식 1에서, M은 원소의 주기율표의 Ⅳb, Ⅴb 또는 Ⅵb족 금속이고, X는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C40-래디칼, 예를 들면, C1-C10-알킬, C1-C10-알콕시, C6-C14-아릴, C6-C14-아릴옥시, C2-C10-알케닐, C7-C40-아릴알킬, C7-C40-알킬아릴, C8-C40-아릴알케닐, OR4또는 NR4 2이고, 여기서 R4는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 C1-C10-알킬 또는 C6-C14-아릴과 같은 C1-C20-알킬-탄화수소 래디칼이며, m은 1,2 또는 3이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, L은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 중심 원자 M에 배위되는 π리간드이고, M2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 규소원자, 게르마늄 원자 또는 주석 원자이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 C1-C20-래디칼이고, R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 C1-C20-래디칼이거나, 중심 원자 M에 배위되는 π-리간드이며, A는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 2자리 C1-C40-탄화수소 그룹이고, Z는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 붕소원자, 규소원자, 게르마늄 원자 또는 주석원자이며, R3은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소원자 또는 C1-C20-래디칼이고, o는 0,1 또는 2이며, Hal은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 할로겐 원자이고, p는 1,2 또는 3이며, R2가 중심 원자 M에 배위되는 π리간드이면 n은 1이고, R2가 C1-C20-래디칼이면 n은 2이다.
본 발명의 메탈로겐 화합물은 올레핀 중합용으로 적합하다.

Claims (5)
- 화학식 1의 메탈로센 화합물:상기 화학식 1에서, M은 원소의 주기율표의 Ⅳb, Ⅴb 또는 Ⅵb족 금속이고, X는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C40-래디칼이며, m은 1,2 또는 3이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, L은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 중심 원자 M에 배위되는 π리간드이고, M2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 규소원자, 게르마늄 원자 또는 주석원자 이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 C1-C20-래디칼이고, R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 C1-C20-래디칼이거나, 중심 원자 M에 배위되는 π-리간드이며, A는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 2자리 C1-C40-탄화수소 그룹이고, Z는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 붕소원자, 규소원자, 게르마늄 원자 또는 주석원자이며, R3은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 수소원자 또는 C1-C20-래디칼이고, o는 0,1 또는 2이며, Hal은 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 할로겐 원자이고, p는 1,2 또는 3이며, R2가 중심 원자 M에 배위되는 π-리간드이면 n은 1이고, R2가 C1-C20-래디칼이면 n은 2이다.
- 제1항에 따르는 화학식 1의 메탈로센 화합물 하나 이상과 조촉매 하나 이상을 포함하는 촉매 성분.
- 제2항에 따르는, 촉매 성분과 지지체를 포함하는 지지된 촉매.
- 하나 이상의 올레핀을 제1항에 따르는 화학식 1의 메탈로센 화합물의 존재하에 중합시킴을 포함하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
- 올레핀 중합을 위한, 제1항에 따르는 화학식 1의 메탈로센 화합물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
