Abstract

A találmány olyan, etilén és adott esetben egy 3-10 szénatomos alfa-olefin (ko)polimerizálására alkalmas nagy aktivitásúkatalizátorkészítményre vonatkozik, amely egy katalizátorprekurzorból,valamint egy szerves alumínium társkatalizátorból áll, és akatalizátorprekurzor összetétele a következő: (i) egy szilícium-dioxid-hordozó, amely grammonként 0,3-1,2 mmol hidroxilcsoportottartalmaz; (ii) egy, olyan RMgR1 általános képletű dialkil-magnézium-vegyület, amelyben R és R1 jelentése egymástól függetlenül 2-12szénatomos alkilcsoport, és mennyisége 1 g szilícium-dioxid-hordozóraszámítva 0,5-1,5 mmol; (iii) egy 2-6 szénatomos alkilcsoportottartalmazó tetraalkil-ortoszilikát, amelynek mennyisége 1 g szilícium-dioxid-hordozóra számítva 0,2-0,8 mm; (iv) egy olyan RnSiCl4-náltalános képletű (X) klórozott vegyület, amelyben R jelentéseegymástól függetlenül hidrogénatom vagy alkilcsoport, és n értéke 0-3egész szám, és mennyisége 1 g szilícium-dioxid-hordozóra számítva 0,2-4 mmol; és (v) egy titánvegyület, amelynek mennyisége 1 g szilícium-dioxid-hordozóra számítva 0,3-1,5 mmol.
