Abstract
본 발병에 따라, 유기 알루미녹산과 보란 관능기를 갖는 화합물을 반응시켜 제조한 신규 고체 알루미녹시 조성물을 제공한다. 또한 부가로, 본 발명의 고체 알루미녹시 조성과 혼합된 올레핀 중합 촉매 시스템을 제공한다. 또한 부가로, 본 발명의 고체 알루미녹시 조성물을 사용하는 올레핀의 중합 방법을 제공한다.

제1도는 상업용 메틸알루미녹산과 카테콜 보란의 반응으로부터 결과한 고체의13C-NMR스펙트럼을 보여주는 그래프이다.
Claims (23)
- 유기 알루미녹산 용액을 적합한 조건하에서 하기 일반식의 관능기 구조를 함유한 산성 수소가 없는 보란 화합물 적당량과 접촉시켜 에틸렌 중합을 위한 데탈로센에 대한 조촉매로서의 사용에 적합한 고체 유기-알루미녹산 생성물을 생성하는 방법 :(식에서, Z는 두개 산소 원자간의 브릿징 단위이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 알루미녹산 용액이 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산 및 트리알킬알루미늄으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산이 유기 알루미녹산 용액내 총 알루미늄의 적어도 약 50몰%에 해당하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬알루미늄이 유기 알루미녹산 용액내 알루미늄의 약 35몰% 이하에 해당하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용액 내 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산이 하기 일반식의 반복 단위를 함유하는 방법 :(식에서 R은 C1-8의 알킬 라디칼이다)
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 알루미녹산 용액 내 상기 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산이 메틸알루미녹산인 알킬알루미녹산으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 알루미녹산 용액 내 상기 트리알킬알루미늄이 트리메틸알루미늄으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산 및 트리알킬알루미늄으로 구성된 용액이 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산에 대한 카운터 용매와 접촉시켜 고체 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산을 함유한 슬러리로 결과시킨 다음 상기 슬러리를 보란 화합물과 접촉시켜 고체 알루미녹시 생성물을 생성하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 보란 화합물의 지방족 액체 용액을 상기 슬러리에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보란 화합물이 상기 히드로카르빌 알루미녹산의 상기 슬러리와 접촉할 때 특정 희석액이 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보란 화합물의 양을 보란 화합물내 붕소 대 알루미녹산 내 알루미녹시 단위의 알루미늄 계산치의 원자 비가 약 1:20 내지 약 1:3의 범위내 이도록 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 보란 화합물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 방법 :(식에서 각 R은 개별적으로 수소 또는 히드로카르빌 라디칼, 바람직하게 C1-20의 아릴 또는 알킬 라디칼이고 ; n, m 및 r은 바람직하게 1-10범위의 정수이고; 각 E는 개별적으로 C, Si, Ge, Sn, Ga, In, P, As 또는 Sb이고 단 적어도 하나의 E는 C가 아니고 ; 및 X는 수소, C1-20의 히드로카르빌 라디칼, 할로겐화물, C1-20의 히드로카르빌옥시 라디칼 및 -NR2라디칼이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 보란 화합물이 카테콜 보란으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1-13항중 임의의 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 생성된 고체 알킬알루미녹시 생성물, 및 적어도 하나의 전이 금속-함유 올레핀 중합 촉매로 구성되는 올레핀 중합 촉매 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 전이 금속-함유 올레핀 중합 촉매가 메탈로센인 촉매 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센이 비스(시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드 또는 비스(n-부틸 시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드인 촉매 시스템.
- 적합한 조건하에 적어도 하나의 올레핀과 제14항에 따른 촉매 시스템을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합이 입자형 조건하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 연속 루우프 반응기 내에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 올레핀이 에틸렌으로 구성되고, 상기 중합이 수소 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 카테콜 옥시 관능기의 존재를 나타내는13C NMR스펙트럼을 갖는 고체 알루미녹시 생성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 붕소를 함유한 고체.
