Claims (18)
1. Способ получения каталитической композиции, включающий контактирование металлоорганического соединения, алюминийорганического соединения и обработанного твердого оксидного соединения с образованием указанной каталитической композиции, где металлоорганическое соединение имеет следующую общую формулу:
(X1)(X2)(X3)(X4)M1
где М1 представляет собой титан, цирконий или гафний;
(X1) независимо представляет собой циклопентадиенил, инденил, флуоренил, замещенный циклопентадиенил, замещенный инденил или замещенный флуоренил;
где каждый заместитель при замещенном циклопентадиениле, замещенном индениле, или замещенном флуорениле (X1) представляет собой алифатическую группу, циклическую группу, сочетание алифатических и циклических групп, силильную группу, алкилгалогенидную группу, галогенид, металлоорганическую группу, фосфорсодержащую группу, азотсодержащую группу, кремний, фосфор, бор, германий или водород;
где, по меньшей мере, один заместитель при (X1) может быть мостиковой группой, которая связывает (X1) и (X2);
(X3) и (X4) независимо представляют собой галогенид, алифатическую группу, замещенную алифатическую группу, циклическую группу, замещенную циклическую группу, сочетание алифатических и циклических групп, сочетание замещенных алифатических групп и циклических групп, сочетание алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, сочетание замещенных алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, амидную группу, замещенную амидную группу, фосфидную группу, замещенную фосфидную группу, алкилоксидную группу, замещенную алкилоксидную группу, арилоксидную группу, замещенную арилоксидную группу, металлоорганическую группу, и замещенную металлоорганическую группу;
(X2) представляет собой циклопентадиенил, инденил, флуоренил, замещенный циклопентадиенил, замещенный инденил и замещенный флуоренил, галогениды, алифатическую группу, замещенную алифатическую группу, циклическую группу, замещенную циклическую группу, сочетание алифатических групп и циклических групп, сочетание замещенных алифатических групп и циклических групп, сочетание алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, сочетание замещенных алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, амидную группу, замещенную амидную группу, фосфидную группу, замещенную фосфидную группу, алкилоксидную группу, замещенную алкилоксидную группу, арилоксидную группу, замещенную арилоксидную группу, металлоорганическую группу или замещенную металлоорганическую группу;
где каждый заместитель при (X2) представляет собой алифатическую группу, циклическую группу, сочетание алифатических и циклических групп, силильную группу, алкилгалогенидную группу, галогениды, металлоорганическую группу, фосфорсодержащую группу, азотсодержащую группу, кремний, фосфор, бор, германий или водород;
где, по меньшей мере, один заместитель при (X2) может быть мостиковой группой, которая связывает (X1) и (X2);
алюминийорганическое соединение имеет следующую общую формулу:
A1(X5)n(X6)3-n
где (X5) представляет собой углеводородный радикал, содержащий от 1 до 20 атомов углерода;
(X6) представляет собой галогенид, гидрид или алкоксид; и
n является числом от 1 до 3 включительно;
обработанное твердое оксидное соединение включает фтор, хром и твердое оксидное соединение.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором полученная каталитическая композиция обладает активностью более, чем 500 г полимера на 1 г обработанного твердого оксидного соединения в час в условиях суспензионной полимеризации, с использованием изобутана в качестве разбавителя при температуре полимеризации 90°С и давлении этилена 3,89 МПа (550 фунт/кв. дюйм).
3. Способ по п.2, в котором каталитическая композиция обладает активностью более, чем 2000 г полимера на 1 г обработанного твердого оксидного соединения в час в условиях суспензионной полимеризации, с использованием изобутана в качестве разбавителя при температуре полимеризации 90°С и давлении этилена 3,89 МПа (550 фунт/кв. дюйм).
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором весовое отношение алюминийорганического соединения к обработанному твердому оксидному соединению в каталитической композиции изменяется приблизительно от 3:1 до 1:100.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором весовое отношение алюминийорганического соединения к обработанному твердому оксидному соединению в каталитической композиции изменяется от 1:1 до 1:50.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором весовое отношение обработанного твердого оксидного соединения к металлоорганическому соединению в каталитической композиции изменяется приблизительно от 1000:1 до 10:1.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором весовое отношение обработанного твердого оксидного соединения к металлоорганическому соединению в каталитической композиции изменяется от 250:1 до 20:1.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором твердое оксидное соединение содержит титаносиликат, от 4 до 20 вес.% фтора, в расчете на вес обработанного твердого оксидного соединения до прокаливания, от 0,8 до 3 вес.% хрома, в расчете на вес обработанного твердого оксидного соединения до прокаливания, и подвергнутое прокаливанию в течение от 3 до 20 ч при температуре от 350 до 600°С.
9. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, включающий:
1) контактирование твердого оксидного соединения, которое представляет собой оксид алюминия, алюмосиликат или титаносиликат с водным раствором, содержащим ацетат хрома и бифторид аммония, с получением фторированного, хромсодержащего твердого оксидного соединения, содержащего от 4 до 20 вес.% фтора, в расчете на вес фторированного хромсодержащего твердого оксидного соединения до прокаливания, и от 0,8 до 3 вес.% хрома, в расчете на вес фторированного хромсодержащего твердого оксидного соединения до прокаливания;
2) прокаливание полученного фторированного хромсодержащего твердого оксидного соединения в течение от 3 до 20 ч при температуре в интервале от 350 до 600°С с получением прокаленной композиции;
3) смешивание полученной прокаленной композиции и дихлорида бис(н-бутилциклопента-диенил)циркония при температуре в интервале от 15 до 50°С, с получением смеси; и
4) спустя период между 1 мин и 1 ч, объединения полученной смеси с триэтилалюминием с получением каталитической композиции.
10. Способ по п.9, которой по существу состоит из стадий 1), 2), 3) и 4).
11. Каталитическая композиция, содержащая проконтактировавшее металлоорганическое соединение, проконтактировавшее алюминийорганическое соединение и проконтактировавшее обработанное твердое оксидное соединение, включающее фтор, хром и твердое оксидное соединение.
12. Способ полимеризации, включающий контактирование, по меньшей мере, одного мономера с каталитической композицией по п.11, или полученной способом по любому из пп.1-10, в условиях полимеризации с образованием полимера.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором условия полимеризации включают условия суспензионной полимеризации.
14. Способ по п.12 или 13, в котором контактирование осуществляют в замкнутой реакционной зоне.
15. Способ по любому из пп.12-14, в котором контактирование осуществляют в присутствии разбавителя, который в основном состоит из изобутана.
16. Способ по любому из пп.12-15, в котором указанный, по меньшей мере, один мономер является этиленом.
17. Способ по любому из пп.12-15, в котором указанный, по меньшей мере, один мономер включает этилен и алифатический 1-олефин, содержащий от 3 до 20 атомов углерода в молекуле.
18. Изделие, которое получают из полимера, полученного способом по любому из пп.12-17.
