Claims (21)
- 적어도 3층이상의 적층구조를 보유하고, 적어도 하나의 최외층에 입자 A를 함유하여 이루어지는 2축배향적층 필름에 있어서, 입자 A의 표면층입자농도비가 0.01이상이고, 입자 A의 평균1차입경 D와, 입자 A를 함유하는 층의 두께 T의 관계가 DT200D를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 입자 A를 함유하는 층은 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 A의 평균 1차 입경보다 큰 평균1차 입경을 보유하는 입자 B도 입자 A를 함유하는 전기한 층 내에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2출배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 A의 평균1차입경 D는1 내지 300㎚의 범위이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 A를 함유하는 전기한 층 내의 입자 A의 함유량은 0.01 내지 2%중량의 범위이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 A의 평균1차입경에 대한 평균2차입경의 비가 2내지 60의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 입자 A는 지르코니아입자, 쇄상(鎖狀) 규산입자, 및 알루미나입자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 입자 B의 평균1차입경 D1과, 입자 B를 함유하는 층의 두께 T의 관계는 0.5D1T5D1을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 입자 B의 평균1차입경 D1은 0.1 내지 2㎛의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향적층필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 입자 B를 함유하는 전기한 층내의 입자 B의 함유량은 0.005 내지 5중량 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 입자 B의 입경분포의 상대표준편차가 0.6이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 입자 B는 탄산칼슘입자, 가교폴리머입자, 및 콜로이드규산입자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기한 탄산칼슘입자는 바테라이트형(vaterite-type) 탄산칼슘입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 입자 A의 평균1차입경보다는 크고, 입자 B의 평균1차입경보다는 작은 평균1차입경을 보유하는 입자 C도, 입자 A 및 입자 B를 함유하는 전기한 층내에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 A는 그것을 핵(核)으로하는 내부석출형 입자를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향적층필름은, 중간층과, 중간층의 양면에 적층되는 커버층과, 커버층의 적어도 한쪽에 적층되고 입자 A를 함유하는 최외층을 보유하는 4층이상의 적층필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 전기한 중간층의 두께는 0.1㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 전기한 각각의 커버층의 두께는 0.2㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 전기한 각각의 커버층의 입자함유량은 2중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향적층 필름의 적어도 하나의 최외층의 표면저항은 1×1014Ω/□이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.
- 제20항에 있어서, 표면저항이 1×1014Ω/□인 전기한 적어도 하나의 최외층은 술폰산을 0.2 내지 5중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축배향적층필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
