Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르 중량 기준으로, a) 1 마이크론 이하의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 타올리나이트 0,01~1%와, B) 1 마이크론 이하의 평균입자 크기를 갖는 산화티탄 0.01~1%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중축으로 연신된 충전제-함유 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.7 마이크론 이하의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 카올리나이트와, 0.7 마이크론 이하의 평균입자 크기를 갖는 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 단중합체 또는 적어도 80중량%, 양호하게는 적어도 90중량%의 에틸렌글리콜 테레프탈레이트 단위체를 함유하는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 카올리나이트와 산화티탄의 중량비가 0.2 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 카올리나이트와 산화티탄의 중량비가 0.5 내지 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 카올리나이트와 산화티탄의 총비율이 폴리에스테르 중량기준으로 0.05중량% 내지 1.2중량%, 양호하기로는 0.1중량% 내지 0.7중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리에스테르의 2뱃치, 즉 충전제로서 카올리나이트를 함유하는 것과 충전제로서 산회티탄을 함유하는 것의 혼합물로 부터 제조되고, 필요하다면 충전제를 함유하지 않는 폴리에스테르의 뱃치로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 카올리나이트와 산화티탄 모두를 함유하는 폴리에스테르의 뱃치로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 따른 필름을 피복함으로써 얻어진 자기 테이프.
- 캐패시터에서 유전층으로서 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 따른 필름의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
