Abstract

본 발명은 공중합체/염의 중량비가 0.1 내지 100/1인 폴리에스테르/폴리알킬렌옥사이드 공중합체를 함유한 대전 방지층과 폴리에스테르 물질의 기판층으로 구성된 중합체 필름에 관한 것이다. 상기 공중합체는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트/폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 블록 공중합체가 바람직하고 상기 염은 알칼리 금속 염이 바람직하다. 본 발명의 필름은 낮은 상대 습도에서도 낮은 표면 저항률을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 공중합체/염의 중량비가 0.1내지 100/1인 폴리에스테르/폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 공중합체 및 염으로 구성된 대전 방지층을 최소한 한 표면에 가지며, 폴리에스테르 물질의 기판층으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염에 대한 폴리에스테르/폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 공중합체의 중량비가 1 내지 50 : 1인 공중합체 필름.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염이 알칼리 금속염으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속염이 리튬 양이온으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
  5. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염이 설포네이트 음이온으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
  6. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염의 분자량이 600이하인 중합체 필름.
  7. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체의 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 단량체 성분(알킬렌 옥사이드)의 염에 대한 몰비가 0.2 내지 250 : 1인 중합체 필름.
  8. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르/폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 공중합체 및 기판층의 폴리에스테르에 동일한 폴리에스테르 반복 유니트가 존재하는 중합체 필름.
  9. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체의 폴리 알키렌 성분이 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드로 구성된 중합체 필름.
  10. 폴리에스테르 물질의 기판층을 제조하고, 공중합체/염의 중량비가 0.1 내지 100/1인 폴리에스테르/폴리알키렌 옥사이드 공중합체로 구성된 대전 방지층을 상기 기판층의 최소한 한 표면에 도포함으로써 중합체 필름을 제조하는 방법.
