본 도면은 도면내의 I이 0.3mm 두께의 폴리우레탄-포릴우레아의 층을 갖는 유리를 나타낸 것이며, 가 0.6mm 두께의 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아의 층을 갖는 유리를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 에너지 흡수성을 갖는 삽입층이 본질적으로 선상의 구조를 나타내며 1내지 20% 정도의 우레아기를 갖는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아를 기부로하는 것을 특징으로 하여 내자외성 및 자도유착성의 흡수성을 갖는 플라스틱 물질로된 삽입층을 포함하는 유리판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 폴리우레탄-폴ㄹ리우레아가 폴리올 성분과 이소시안네이트성분으로 생성하는 예비중합체를 디아민과 반응시켜 제조되는 상기 유리판.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아의 층이 트리알콕시실란으로부터 선택된 접착제와 카복시기를 갖는 라텍스로 도포되어 있는 상기 유리판.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 카복시기를 갖는 라텍스가 다음 일반식의 디하드록시카복실산으로부터 생성하는 상기 유리판.
    상기일반식에서
    R은 수소 또는 C1-C4의 알킬렌기를 나타낸다.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 성분이 관능성 이소시안네이트 또는 이와 같은 트리이소시안네이트 또는 이소시안네이트염의 뷰렛으로 구성되는 상기 유리판.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아가 트리이소시안네이트 또는 이소시안네이트의 뷰렛으로 수행되는 상기 유리판.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아가 균형제인 상기 유리판.
  8. 플라스틱 물질로된 삽입층의 두께가 0.2 내지 1mm 및 0.2 내지 0.8mm의 자동유착성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아을 기부로하는 것을 특징으로하여 자동유착성의 흡수성을 갖는 플라스틱물질로 된 삽입층을 포함하는 유리판.
  9. 유리의 각면중 한면은 선상의 분자 구조와 1 내지 20% 정도의 우레아기를 나타내는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아로 형성되어 있으며 다른 한편은 자동유탁성을 갖는 플라스틱물질 특히 열가소성 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조에 유용한 플라스틱 물질판.
