Claims (20)
- 반투입중합체 네트웍을 포함하는 가요성의 칫수적으로 안정한 피막을 제조하는데 사용하기 위한 경화성조성물에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 하기 (a) 및 (b)로 구성되는 조성물: (a) 반응성 중합체 성분, 및 (b) 약 7,000 내지 약 30,000의 중량평균분자량을 가지며, 상기 조성물의 경화시에 적어도 40%가 추출가능한 비반응성중합체성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비반응성 중합체성분이 가소제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 적어도 2작용성이며 아미노플라스트수지로 구성되는 가교결합제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 메톡시메틸화 멜라민인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 중합체성분이 약 30,000 내지 200,000의 중량 평균 분자량과 100 내지 200의 히드록실수를 가지는 중합체 물질인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 중합체성분이 폴리비닐 아세탈, 아크릴공중합체, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르-아미드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 중합체가 폴리비닐부티랄물질인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비반응성 중합체성분이 폴리카프로락톤 물질인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 (a) 약 55-95중량%의 반응성 중합체성분과, (b) 약 5-25중량%의 비반응성 중합체성분을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 조성물의 5-15중량%의 분량이 존재하며 아미노플라스트수지, 아지리딘, 에폭시수지, 이소시아네이트, 알데히드, 아즈락톤 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 하기 (a),(b) 및 (c)의 열경화 반응생성물인 반투입 중합체 네트웍으로 구성되는 가요성 경화수지: (a) 반응성 중합체성분, (b) 상기 반응성 중합체성분과의 반응에 대하여 적어도 2작용성인 가교결합제, 및 (c) 약 7,000 내지 30,000의 중량평균분자량을 가지는 비반응성 중합체성분.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 중합체성분이 폴리비닐 부티랄 중합체인 수지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비반응성 중합체성분이 폴리카프로락톤 중합체인 수지.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 아미노플라스트수지, 아지리딘, 에폭시수지, 이소시아네이트, 알데히드, 아즈락톤 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 공간피막을 포함하는 렌즈매립역반사시이트에 있어서, 상기 공간피막이 하기 (a),(b) 및 (c)를 함유하는 반투입중합체 네트웍으로 구성되는 역반사시이트: (a) 가교결합된 반응성 중합체성분, (b) 반응성 중합체성분과의 반응에 대하여 적어도 2작용성인 가교결합체, 및 (c) 약 7,000 내지 30,000의 중량평균분자량을 가지는 비반응성 중합체성분.
- 제15항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가교결합제가 아미노플라스트 수지이고, (b) 상기 반응성 중합체성분이 폴리비닐아세탈물질로 구성되고 (c) 상기 비반응성 중합체성분이 중량평균분자량 15,000당 약 10 이하의 작용성 히드록시기를 가지는 폴리카프로락톤 중합체인 역반사시이트.
- 제16항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가교결합제가 메톡시 메틸화 멜라민이고, (b) 상기 반응성 중합체성분이 폴리비닐부티랄이고, (c) 상기 비반응성 중합체성분이 히드록시말단 폴리카프로락톤 중합체인 역반사시이트.
- 하기 (a) 및 (b)로 구성되는 부각가능한 번호판 구조물: (a) 번호판 기판, 및 (b) 상기 번호판에 접착되며, (i) 가교결합된 반응성 중합체성분, (ii) 반응성 중합체성분과의 반응에 대하여 적어도 2작용성인 가교결합제, 및 (iii) 약 7,000 내지 30,000의 중량평균 분자량을 가지는 비반응성 중합체성분을 함유하는 반투입 중합체 네트웍으로 구성되는 역반사시이트.
- 제18항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가교결합제가 아미노플라스트 수지이고, (b) 상기 반응성 중합체성분이 폴리비닐아세탈물질로 구성되고, (c) 상기 비반응성 중합체성분이 중량평균분자량 15,000당 약 10 이하의 작용성 히드록시기를 가지는 폴리카프로락톤인 구조물.
- 하기 단계 (a),(b) 및 (c)로 구성되는 부각가능한 기판의 역반사시이트용 공간피막을 형성시키는 방법: (a) 상기 공간피막을 제조하기 위한 수지로서 (i) 폴리비닐아세탈물질로 구성되는 반응성 중합체성분, (ii) 중량평균분자량 15,000당 약 10 이하의 작용성 히드록시기와, 약 7,000 내지 약 30,000의 중량평균분자량을 가지며, 경화후에 적어도 40%가 추출가능한 폴리카프로락톤으로 구성되는 비반응성 중합체성분, 및 (iii) 적어도 2작용성인 가교결합제를 포함하는 반-IPN을 준비하는 단계, (b) 상기 수지를 공간피막으로서 도포하는 단계, 및 (c) 상기 수지를 열경화시키는 단계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
