제1도는 기판층의 제1표면에 열-봉합가능한 층이 직접 붙어 있는 중합체 필름의 도식화된 단면도이다,
제2도는 기판의 제2표면에 또다른 열-봉합기능한 층이 붙어 있는 중합체 필름의 도식화된 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 중합체 기판층의 최소한 한쪽면위에 미립자 부가제를 함유한 열-복합가능한 층이 얹혀 있는 것으로 구성된 합성 필름에 있어서, 상기 미립자 부가제로 인해 열-봉합가능한 층의 노출면에 생긴 표면 돌출부가 1mm2당 100개 이상이며 열-봉합가능한 층의 평균 표면 높이로 측정한 표면 돌출부의 평균 돌출 높이가 5-400nm인 합성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열-봉합가능한 층의 노출면에 1mm2당 400-2000개의 표면 돌출부가 있는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 돌출부의 평균 돌출 높이가 15-100nm 인 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 돌출부의 평균 높이/너비가 0.8×10-3이상인 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열-봉합가능한 층의 정역학적 마찰계수가 1.0미만인 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열-봉합가능한 층의 열-봉합 강도가 200Nm-1이상인 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열-봉합가능한 층의 선형의 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르가 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트의 코폴리에스테르로 구성된 필름.
- 열-봉합가능한 층이 최소한 한쪽 표면위에 덮혀있는 중합체 기판층을 만들고 열-봉합가능한 층의 노출면에 미립자 부가제를 도포하는 것으로 구성된 합성 필름의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 미립자 부가제가 열-봉합가능한 층에 결합하고/또는 이 층에 침투하여, 미 립자 부가제로 인해 열-봉합가능한 층의 노출면에 생긴 표면 돌출부가 lmm2당 100개 이상이고 열-봉합가능한 층의 평균 표면 높이로 측정한 표면 돌출부의 평균 돌출 높이가 5-400nm인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기판층과 열-봉합가능한 층이 공동압출에 의해 만들어지는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
