Claims (10)
- a) 절연성 중합 수지, 및 b) 적어도 하나의 전이 금속을 함유한 반전도성 물질의 박막 무기 피복물을 갖는 적어도 하나의 미립 충진제 약 5내지 약 60부피%를 포함하며, 약 1×104내지 약 1×1014Ω-㎝의 체적 저향률을 갖는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성(dissipative)중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, a)절연성 중합 수지, 및 b)전이 금속 산화물, 탄화물 및 질화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 반전도성 물질의 박막 피복물을 갖는 미립 충진제 약 5내지 약 60부피%를 포함하며, 약 1×104내지 약 1×1014 Ω-㎝의 체적 저항률을 갖는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립 충진제가 중공 도는 고체 유리 미소구, 유리섬유, 중합체 또는 세라믹 미소구, 운모 및 탄소 그라파이트 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미립 충진제가 복합체중의 약 40내지 60부피가%를 차지하는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미립 충진제가 약 20내지 약 40부피%의 양의 유리 섬유를 포함하는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복물이 약 5내지 약 1000의 두께를 갖는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 수지가 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리올레핀 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 수지가 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리에테르설폰으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공 또는 고체 유리 미소구, 유리 섬유, 중합체 미소구, 운모 및 탄소 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 2가지 유형의 미립 충진체를 함유하는 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각 하나의 전자 부품을 함유할 수 있는 크기의 개별적으로 한정된 면적을 갖는 트레이(tray)인 반전도성, 정전기 소산성 중합 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
