Abstract
이상과 같이 본 발명은 입자를 함유하는 열가소성수지 A로서 이루어지는 층(A)을 열가소성수지 B로서 이루어지는 층(B)의 적어도 한표면에 적층하여 이루어지는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름이다.
상기한 필름은 A층의 두께 "t"와 열가소성수지 A에 함유된 입자의 평균직경 "d"의 특정비 t/d, A층의 표면에 존재하는 돌기중 0.7-2.6㎛의 직경을 갖는 돌기의 특정수 및 상기한 범위의 직경을 갖는 돌기수 L에 대한 더 작은 직경을 갖는 돌기수 S의 특정비 L/S를 보유한다.
상기 필름은 권취시 우수한 권취성 및 비데오 테이프에 사용될 때 우수한 내더빙성을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- 입자를 함유하는 열가소성수지 A로서 이루어지는 층(A층)을 열가소성수지 B로서 이루어지는 층(B층)의 적어도 한표면에 적층하여 이루어지는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름에 있어서, A층의 두께 t와 열가소성수지 A에 함유된 입자의 평균직경 d의 비 t/d가 0.1 내지 5이고, A층 표면에 존재하는 돌기 가운데 그 직경이 0.7㎛이상 2.6㎛이하인 돌기수가 100개/㎟ 내지 10000개/㎟이고, 또한 0.2㎛이상 2.6㎛이하의 직경을 갖는 돌기수 L의 비 L/S가 1/50 내지 1/10000인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, A층 표면의 충돌기수가 100,000개/㎟ 내지 2,000,000개/㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, A층 표면의 충돌기수가 150,000개/㎟ 내지 900,000개/㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 A가 평균직경이 다른 2종이상의 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, A층증의 평균직경이 최대인 입자가 유기입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 유기입자가 가교유기입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 유기가교입자가 폴리디비닐벤젠 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 평균직경이 다른 적어도 2종이상의 입자를 함유하는 열가소성수지로서 이루어지는 층(A층)을 열가소성수지 B로서 이루어지는 층(B층)의 적어도 한 표면에 적층하여 형성되는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름에 있어서, A층의 두께 t와 열가소성수지 A에 함유된 입자의 평균직경 d의 비 t/d가 0.1 내지 5이고, A층 표면에 존재하는 돌기중 돌기직경이 0.7이상 2.6㎛이하인 돌기수가 100 내지 10000개/㎟이고, 또한 열가소성수지 A에 함유된 입자중 평균직경이 최소인 입자 P와 평균직경이 최대인 입자 Q의 중량함유량의 비 Pw/Qw가 4 내지 400인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, A층 표면의 충돌기수가 100,000개/㎟ 내지 2,000,000개/㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, A층 표면의 충돌기수가 150,000개/㎟ 내지 900,000개/㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, A층증의 평균직경이 최대인 입자가 유기입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기한 유기입자가 가교유기입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 가교유기입자가 가교폴리디비닐벤젠 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 2측 배향열가소성 수지필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
