제1도는 기본 기판층의 제1표면에 제2층이 직접 붙어있는 중합체 필름의 도식화된 단면도이다,
제2도는 기판의 제2표면에 또다른 제2층이 붙어있는 중합체 필름이 도식화된 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 제2층이 중합체 중량을 기준으로 할때 부피분포 평균 입자 직경이 1.0-7.0㎛인 유리입자 100-1000ppm 함유되어 있는 중합물질의 제2층이 최소한 한쪽면위에 덮혀있는 중합물질로된 기본 기판층으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2층이 제2층의 중합체 물질의 중량을 기준으로할때 150-950ppm의 유리입자로 구성된 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유리입자의 부피분포 평균입자 직경이 2.0-4.5㎛인 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2층이 필름 전체 두께의 1-25%를 구성하는 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두께가 75㎛인 필름의 광각 혼탁도가 1.5%미만인 필름.
- 전기한 항증 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 필름이 두개의 축방향으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 최소한 하나의 제2층과 기본 기판층으로 구성된 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항의 필름의 재생사진 기술분야에서의 용도.
- 제1항 부터 제6항까지중 어느 한 항의 필름의 포장용 필름으로서의 용도.
- 제1항 부터 제6항까지중 어느 한 항의 필름의 금속처리된 필름을 생산하는데 사용되는 용도.
- 제2층의 중합체 중량을 기준으로할때 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경이 1.0-7.0㎛인 10-1000ppm 되는 유리 입자로 구성된 중합물질의 제2층을 최소한 한쪽면위에 가지고 있는 중합물질로된 기본 기판층을 만드는 것으로 구성된 중합체 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
