Claims (6)

  1. 7 이상의 모오스 경도와 0.005 내지 0.5㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 무기 입자 (a) 및 7 미만의 모오스 경도와 2.00 이하의 입도 분포치(d25/d75), 1.0 내지 2.0의 구형 비(장축/단축), 1.6 내지 40㎡/g의 비표면적(S), 0.05 내지 1.0㎛의 평균 입경 (d50), 및 2.4 내지 7.0의 비표면적과 평균 입경의 곱(S×d50)을 갖는 무기 입자 (b)를 포함하는 폴리에스테르층 (A), 및 이 폴리에스테르층 (A)상에 적층된 폴리에스테르층 (B)로 구성되었으며, 무기 입자 (a)의 함량이 층 (A)의 폴리에스테르 함량을 기준으로 0.15 내지 1.0중량%이고, 층 (A) 및 (B)의 폴리에스테르 총 함량을 기준으로 0.10중랑% 이하이며, 무기 입자 (b)의 함량이 층 (A)의 폴리에스테르 함량을 기준으로 0.10 내지 2.0중량%이고, 층 (A) 및 (B)의 폴리에스테르 총 함량을 기준으로 0.4중량% 이하이고 하기 식(1) 내지 (4)를 만족시키는 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름 :
    상기 식에서 SRaA는 층 (A)의 3차원 중심선 평균 조도 (㎛)를 나타내며, SRzA는 층 (A) 표면의 3차원 10개소평균 조도 (㎛)를 나타내고, SRaA는 층 (B)의 3차원 중심선 평균 조도 (㎛)를 나타냄.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 입자 (a)가 0.05내지 0.3㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 산화 알루미늄 입자이고 그의 함량이 층 (A)의 폴리에스테르 함량을 기준으로 0.15 내지 0.50중량%이고, 층 (A) 및 (B)의 폴리에스테르 총 함량을 기준으로 0.075중량% 이하인 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 입자 (b)가 1.80 이하의 입도 분포치 (d25/d75), 1.2 내지 1.8의 구형 비 (장축/단축), 3.0 내지 6.0㎡/g의 비표면적(S), 0.1 내지 0.7㎛의 평균 입경(d50), 및 3.0 내지 6.0의 비표면적과 평균 입경의 곱(S×d50)을 갖는 바테라이트형 탄산 칼슘 입자이며 그의 (b)함량이 층 (A)의 폴리에스테르 함량을 기준으로 0.2 내지 1.8중량%이고, 층 (A) 및 (B)의 총 폴리에스테르 함량을 기준으로 0.075중량% 이하인 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, SRaA가 0.007 내지 0.030㎛이며, SRaA/SRaB가 5 내지 10이고, SRaB가 0.008 내지 0.015㎛이며 SRaA/SRaB가 1.1 내지 3.0인 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 층 (A)의 두께가 필름의 총 두께를 기준으로 3 내지 30%인 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 층 (A) 표면상에 높이 1.08㎛ 이상의 조대 돌기 수가 100 이하이고, 두께방향의 필름 굴절률이 1.492이상이며, 횡방항 굴절률(nTD) 및 종방향 굴절룰(nMD) 간의 차(△n=nTD-nMD)가 0.020 이상이고 고유 점도()가 0.52 내지 0. 62인 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
