Abstract
다음 (A), (B)로 형성되는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
(A)상이한 크기를 갖는 두종류의 불황성 미립자를 함유하는 방향쪽 폴리에스테르로 형성되는 첫번째 얇은 폴리에스테르 층, 그리고 (B)그 한표면 이상에 상기 첫번째 얇은 폴리에스테르 층이 존재하는 방향족 폴리 에스테르로 형성된 폴리에스테르 층.
상기 2축 배향 적층 폴리 에스테르필름을 활주성, 내마모성 및 긁힘 저항성이 우수하며, 자기 기록 매체용 기재 필름으로서 특히 유용하다.

Claims (10)
- (A) (a)평균 입자 직경(da)가 0.02내지 0.3μm의 범위내에 있는 외부 첨가된 불활성 무기질 미립자, 그리고 (b)평균 입자 직경(db)이 상기 (da)보다 크며, 또한 0.2내지 1.5μm의 범위내에 있는 외부 첨가된 불활성 유기질 미립자를, 상기 무기질 미립자(a) 0.05내지 1.5중량% 및 상기 유기질 미립자 (b)0.001내지 1중량%의 비율로 함유하는 방향족 폴리에스테르로 형성되며, 상기 db와 관련하여 하기식(1),(2) 및 (3)여기에서, 1는 상기 층의 두께이며, t 및 db의 단위는 μm이다.을 만족시키는 두께(t)를 갖는 얇은 폴리에스테르층, 그리고 (B)방향족 폴리에스테르로 형성되며, 상기 제1의 얇은 폴리에스테르 층이 한쪽면 이상의 표면상에 존재하는 폴리에스테르 층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 번째 폴리에스테르층 (B)의 방향족 폴리에스테르가 외부첨가 불활성 미립자를 실질적으로 함유하지 않던가, 또는 상기 불활성 유기질 미립자(b)의 평균 입자직경(db)보다 작은 평균 입자 직경의 외부 첨가 불활성 미릴자를 0.05내지 1.0중량%의 양으로 함유하는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 미립자(a)가 6이상의 모스경도를 갖는 무기질 물질로 형성되는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기질 미립자(b)가 3미만의 모스경도를 갖는 유기질 물질로 형성되는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 미립자가 산화 알루미늄 입자 또는산화 티타늄 입자인 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기질 미립자(b)가 실리콘 수지 입자 또는 교차결함 폴리스티렌 수지 입자인 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째 폴리에스테르 층(A)의 노출 표면과 두번째 폴리에스테르 층(B)의 노출 표면 사이의 표면 거칠기의 차가 5nm이 상인 동시에, 상기 첫번째 층(A)이 하나의 층으로 형성되며 상기 두번째 층(B)이 하나의 층으로 형성되는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- (A) (a)평균 입자직경(da)이 0.02 내지 0.3μm의 범위에 있는 형산화알루미늄 입자, 그리고 (b)평균 입자 직경(db)이 상기 (da)보다 크고 또한 0.2내지 1.5μm의 범위에 있는 외부 첨가 불활성 미립자를, 상기 형산화 알루미늄 입자 (a)0. 1내지 1.0중량%그리고 상기 불활성 미립자 (b)0.05내지 1.0중량%의 비율로 함유하는 방향 족 폴리에스테르로 형성되는 첫번째 폴리에스테르 층, 그리고 (B)방향족 폴리에스테르로 형성되며, 상기 첫번째 폴리에스테르 층이 그의 한 표면 이상의 표면상에 존재하는 두번째 폴리에스테르 층으로 형성되며, 첫번째 폴리 에스테르 층의 두께가 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 전체 두께의 3내지 30%를 차지하고 또한 2축 배향 적층 폴리 에스테르 필름에 대한 형산화 알루미늄 입자의 함유량이 0. 1중량%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 형 산화 알루미늄 입자가 50내지 120m2/g의 비표면적을 가지며, 0.5내지 1.Oml/g의 전세공용적(全細孔容積)을 갖는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 외부 첨가된 미립자가 0.3μm를 초과하며 1.2μm 이하의 평균 입자직경을 갖는 2축 배향 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
