Claims (14)

  1. (1) 유기티탄 화합물을 중합 촉매로 사용하여 제조한 방향족 폴리에스테르의 이축 배향 기재 필름, (2) 상기 기재 필름의 한쪽 표면상에 설치되며, 또한 그위에 자기 기록층이 형성된 제1연속 박막으로, 상기 제1연속 박막은 (A1) 제1바인더 수지, 및 (B1) 평균 입경 0.1μm 이하의 제1미립자로 주로 구성된 조성물로 이루어졌고, 그의 표면상에 (C1) 기 제1미립자에서 유래하는 미소돌기가 1.0×104∼1.0×109돌기/mm2의 수로 존재하고 또한 표면 조도가 중심선 평균 조도로 0.001∼0.01μm이며, 및 (3) 상기 기재 필름의 다른쪽 표면상에 설치된 활면(slippery surface)을 형성하는 제2연속 박막, 상기 제2연속 박막은 (A2) 제2 바인더 수지, (A3) 셀룰로오스계수지, 및 (B2) 평균입경 0.15μm 이하의 제2미립자로 주로 구성된 조성물로 이루어졌고, (C2) 표면조도가 중심선 평균 조도로 0.002∼0.01μm인 것으로 이루어진 자기 기록 매체용 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리에스테르(1)가 방향족 이염기산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체와 지방족디올 또는 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체로 부터 중축합에 의해 수득하는 실질적으로 선상 또는 포화된 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 연속 박막(2)의 제1 바인더 수지(A1)가 알키드 수지, 불포화폴리에스테르 수지, 포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 페놀수지, 에폭시수지, 아미노 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 초산비닐 수지, 염화비닐-초산비닐공중합수지, 아크릴 수지 및 아크릴-폴리에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1바인더 수지(A1)가 포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 아크릴-폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 바인더 수지(A1)가 아크릴-폴리에스테르계 수지인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1연속 박막(2)의 제1미립자(B1)에서 유래하는 돌기가 제1연속 박막(2)의 표면상에 1.0×l04∼1.0×108돌기/mm2의 수도 존재하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1연속 박막(2)의 표면에 제1미립자(B1)에서 유래하는 미소돌기 이외에, 제1바인더수지(A1)만으로 형성된 미소돌기가 4.0×106돌기/mm2이하의 수로 존재하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제1연속 박막(2)는 제1바인더 수지(A1)와 제1미립자(B1)의 합계 중량에 대하여, 제1바인더 수지(A1)를 45∼99.9중량% 및 제1미립자를 0.1∼55중량%로 함유하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제2연속 박막(3)의 제2 바인더 수지(A2)가 알키드수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 포화폴리에스테르 수지, 페놀 수지, 에폭시 수지, 아미노 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 초산비닐 수지, 염화비닐-초산비닐 공중합 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 아크릴-폴리에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 이축 배향폴리에스테르 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2바인더 수지(A2)가 포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 아크릴-폴리에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 이축 배향 폴리 에스테르 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 바인더 수지(A2)가 아크릴-폴리에스테르계 수지인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스계 수지(A3)가 에틸 셀룰로오스 메틸 셀룰로오스, 아세틸 셀룰로오스 아세토아세틸 셀룰로오스, 니트로셀룰로오스 카르복실화 셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스, 아세테이트 부틸 레이트로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 제2연속 박막(3)이 제2바인더 수지(A2), 셀룰 로오스계 수지(A3) 및 제2미립자(B2)의 합계 중량에 대하여 제2바인더 수지를 30∼85중량% 셀룰로오스계 수지를 10∼50중량% 및 제2미립자를 5∼30중량% 함유하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  14. 제1항의 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제1박막의 표면상에 자기 층을 설치하여 이루어진 자기기록매체.
