Claims (17)

  1. 고조도 표면과 저조도 표면을 갖는 연신된 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 다층 필름; 하기식(1)내지 (3)에 의해 표시되는 특징을 갖고 또 상기 다층 필름의 고조도 표면상에 형성되는 피복층(A); 하기식(4)에 의해 표시되는 특징을 갖고 또 상기 다층 필름의 저조도 표면상에 형성되는 피복층(B); 및 상기 피복층(B)상에 형성되는 얇은 강자성 금속 필름을 포함하는 자기 기록 매체 :

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고조도 표면을 갖는 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 필름의 중심선 평균 조도 Ra가 0.001 내지 0.10㎛인 자기 기록 매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고조도 표면을 갖는 필름이 평균 입경 0.01 내지 0.3㎛의 불활성 입자 0.1 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트로 제조되는 자기 기록 매체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 고조도 표면을 갖는 필름이, 배합되어 미세하게 분산된 다른 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트로 제조되는 자기 기록 매체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 고조도 표면을 갖는 필름이 코로나방전 처리, 자외선 조사처리 또는 용매 처리된 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트로 필름인 자기 기록 매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 저조도 표면을 갖는 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 필름의 중심선 평균 조도 Ra가 0.004㎛ 이하인 자기 기록 매체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 연신된 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 다층 필름의 영률이 기계방향 및 횡방향 모두에서 650㎏/㎟인 자기 기록 매체.

  9. 제1항에 있어서, 저조도 표면을 갖는 필름의 두께에 대한 고조도 표면을 갖는 필름의 두께의 비가 1:5 내지 10:1인 자기 기록 매체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층(A)이 중합체 결합제와 윤활제로 구성된 자기 기록 매체.
  11. 제17항에 있어서, 윤활제가 무기 윤활제 또는 유기 윤활제가 자기 기록 매체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 무기 윤활제가 산화극소, 산화알루미늄, 카올린, 산화몰리브덴, 산회티탄 및 탄산칼슘으로 선정된 1개 이상의 물질인 자기 기록 매체.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 유기 윤활제가 플루오릭스 수지, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리메틸 메타 아크릴레이트 및 가교된 중합체로부터 선정된 1개 이상의 물질인 자기 기록 매체.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 중합체 결합제가 폴리에스테르, 우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 올레핀 수지, 셀룰로오스 수지, 페놀수지, 에폭시 수지, 비닐 아세테이트 수지 또는 고무 수지인 자기 기록 매체.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 연신된 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 다층 필름과 피복층(A)사이에 하도 층이 배치된 자기 기록 매체.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층(B) 이 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트보다 더 낮은 유리 전이온도를 갖는 중합체 화합물로 구성된 자기 기록 매체.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 연신된 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 다층 필름의 두께가 3 내지 20㎛이고, 피복층
    (A)의 두께가 0.02 내지 2㎛이고, 피복층(B)의 두께가 0.01 내지 1㎛이며, 얇은 강자성 금속 필름의 두께가 0.02 내지 l㎛인 자기 기록 매체.
