Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 폴리에스테르 원료, 총두께가 4㎛ 이하이고, 하나 이상의 필름 표면에서의 조도(Ra)가 30nm 미만이며 하나 이상의 필름 표면에서의 표면 가스 유동 시간(t)이 2900초 미만이고 권취 안정성 8000이상인 연신된 단층 또는 다층 필름의 제조 및 용도를 기술한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 총두께가 4㎛ 이하이고, 하나 이상의 필름 표면에서의 조도(Ra)가 30nm 미만이며 하나 이상의 필름의 표면에서의 표면 가스 유동 시간(t)이 2900초 미만이고 권취 안정성 8000이상인 연신된 단층 또는 다층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 흐림도가 4.0% 이하인 연신된 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경이 0.5㎛ 미만인 입자(Ⅰ)를 함유하는 연신된 필름.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경이 3.0 내지 4.0㎛인 입자(Ⅱ)를 함유하는 연신된 필름.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이축 연신된 필름.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단층인 연신된 필름.
  7. 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체와 입상 재료(이는 평균 입자 직경이 0.5㎛ 미만인 입자(Ⅰ)과 평균 입자 직경이 3.0 내지 4.0㎛인 입자(Ⅱ)를 포함한다)를 포함하는 필름 원료.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 입자(Ⅰ)이 2차 응집에 의해 수득되는 필름 원료.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 입자(Ⅰ)과 입자(Ⅱ)가, 중합체와 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.005내지 5중량%의 양으로 필름 원료에 함유되어 있는 필름 원료.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 입자(Ⅰ)과 입자(Ⅱ)가 실리카 입자 및/또는 무정형 실리카 입자 및/또는열분해 실리카 입자 및/또는 카올린 입자 및 또는 알루미나 입자 및/ 또는 천연 또는 침강 탄산칼슘의 탄산칼슘 입자 및 또는 실리콘 입자 및/또는 가교결합된 폴리스티렌 입자 및/또는 가교결합된 에폭시 수지 입자 및/또는 가교결합된 아크릴레이트 입자이고, 입자(Ⅰ)과 입자(Ⅱ)가 동일하거나 상이한 재료를 포함하는 필름 원료.
  11. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 PET, PEN, PCT, PENBB의 폴리에스테르와 이들 폴리에스테르의 블렌드로부터 선택되는 필름 원료.
  12. 축전기 필름으로서의 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 필름의 용도.
