Abstract

본 발명은 특정 입도를 가진 침강 실리카 입자 및 소성 백토가 폴리머 필름 중량에 기준하여 특정량 첨합되어 있는 선형 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트 및 이러한 필름 또는 시트의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 충전제를 첨가함으로써 허용가능한 광학적 투명도 및 투과도를 유지하면서 취급적성을 비롯한 필름의 몇몇 특성이 향상된다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 25-500ppm의, 평균입도 15마이크론 미만인 침강 실리카 입자 및 (b) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 10,000ppm이하의 소성백토의 컴비네이션 첨합되어 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리머로 구성된 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소성 백토의 평균입도가 1마이크론 미만인 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 소성 백토가 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 8,000ppm 미만으로 존재하는 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 침강 실리카 입자의 평균입도가 1-8 마이클론인 필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 침강 실리카 입자가 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 50-300ppm 존재하는 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 두께가 50 마이크론 이하인 필름.
  7. (a) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 50-250ppm의, 평균입도 2-8 마이크론인 침강 실리카 입자 및 (b) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 1,000-5,000ppm의, 평균입도 0.25-0.75마이크론인 소성 백토의 컴비네이션이 첨합되어 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 폴리머로 구성된 폴리에스테르 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 소성 백토의 평균입도가 0.3 마이크론이며, 입도 분포는 2마이크론 이하 98% 0.5마이크론 이하 90%인 필름.
  9. (a) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 25-500ppm의 평균입도 15마이크론 미만인 침강 실리카입자 (b) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 10,000ppm이하의 소성백토의 컴비네이션이 첨합되어 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리머로 구성되며, 한쪽 또는 양쪽 표면이 코팅층으로 코팅되어 있는 폴리에스테르 필름.
