Abstract
본 발명은 특정 입도를 가진 유리 구체 및 소성 백토가 폴리머 필름 중량에 기준하여 특정량 첨합되어 있는 선형 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트 및 이러한 필름 또는 시트의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 충전재를 첨가함으로써 허용가능한 광학적 투명도 및 투과도를 유지하면서 취급적성을 비롯한 필름의 몇몇 특성이 향상된다.

Claims (9)
- (a) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 25-350ppm의 평균입도 1-8미크론인 유리 구체 및 (b) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 10,000ppm 이하의 소성 백토의 컴비네이션이 첨합되어 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리머로 구성된 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소성 백토의 평균입도가 1미크론 이하의 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소성 백토가 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 8,000ppm 이하 존재하는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 구체의 평균입도가 2-5.2미크론인 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유리 구체가 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 50-300ppm 존재하는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 두께가 50미크론 이하인 필름.
- (a) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 100-300ppm의 평균입도 2.0-4.0미크론인 유리 구체 및 (b) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 1,000-5,000ppm의 평균입도 0.25-0.75미크론인 소성 백토의 컴비네이션이 첨합되어 있는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 폴리머로 구성된 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 소성 백토의 평균입도가 0.3미크론이며, 입도 분포는 2미크론 이하 98%, 0.5미크론 이하 90%인 필름.
- (a) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 30-350ppm의 평균입도 1-8미크론인 유리 구체 및 (b) 폴리머 중량에 기준하여 10,000ppm 이하의 소성 백토의 컴비네이션이 첨합되어 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리머로 구성며, 한쪽 또는 양쪽 표면이 코팅층으로 코팅되어 있는 폴리에스테르 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
