Claims (14)

  1. 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a) 99.99∼97중량%의 범위 및 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 높은 유리 전이 온도와 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 0.1다인/cm이상 다른 임계 표면 장력을 갖고, 또한 온도 280℃, 전단속도 102sec-1에 있어서의 용융 점도가 500∼50000포이즈의 범위에 있는 열가소성 수지(b) 0.01∼3중량%범위의 조성물(I)로 이루어진 필름 또는 상기한 조성물(I)이 적어도 일표면층을 형성하도록 다른 폴리머와 적층시킨 적층 필름으로, 상기한 필름 또는 상기한 적층 필름의 표면이 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)을 핵으로 하는 미세돌기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 중심면 평균조도(SRa)가 0.005∼0.05㎛ 범위에 있고, 십점 평균 조도(SRz)가 0.06∼0.4㎛ 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  3. 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a) 99.9899∼96.9중량%의 범위, 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 높은 유리 전이 온도와 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 0.01다인/cm이상 다른 임계 표면 장력을 갖고, 또한 온도 280℃, 전단속도 102sec-1에 있어서의 용융 점도가 500∼50000포이즈의 범위에 있는 열가소성 수지(b)0.01∼3중량%의 범위 및 평균 입자직경이 0.2∼4.0㎛의 범위에 있는 불활성 무기입자(c) 0.0001∼0.1중량% 범위의 조성물(II)로 이루어진 필름 또는 상기한 조성물(II)이 적어도 일표면층을 형성하도록 다른 폴리머와 적층시킨 적층 필름으로, 상기한 필름 또는 상기한 적층 필름의 표면이 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)을 핵으로 하는 미세돌기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 불활성 무기입자(c)가 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 중심면 평균조도가(SRa)가 0.005∼0.07㎛ 범위에 있고, 십점 평균 조도(SRz)가 0.06∼0.4㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)가 아모르포스 나일론인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  7. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)가 말레이미드계 공중합체수진인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  8. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)가 아모르포스 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  9. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)의 굴절율이 1.45∼1.68의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  10. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)의 평균 분산 입자 직경이 0.01∼1.0㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  11. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 다른 폴리머가 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름.
  12. 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a) 99.99∼97중량%의 범위 및 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 높은 유리 전이 온도와 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 0.1다인/cm이상 다른 임계 표면 장력을 갖고, 또 온도 280℃, 전단속도 102sec-1에 있어서의 용융 점도가 500∼50000 포이즈의 범위에 있는 열가소성 수지(b)0.01∼3중량%의 범위의 조성물(I)로 이루어진 미연신 필름, 또는 상기한 조성물(I)이 적어도 일표면층을 형성하도록 다른 폴리머와 적층시킨 적층 미연신 필름을, 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지(a)의 유리 전이 온도 내지 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)의 유리 전이 온도의 범위 내의 온도에서 적어도 한 방향으로 1.5배 이상 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름의 제조방법.
  13. 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a) 99.9899∼97.9중량%의 범위 및 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 높은 유리 전이 온도와 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(a)보다 0.1다인/cm이상 다른 임계 표면 장력을 갖고, 또 온도 280℃, 전단속도 102sec-1에 있어서의 용융 점도가 500∼50000 포이즈의 범위에 있는 열가소성 수지(b)0.01∼3중량%의 범위 및 평균 입자 직경이 0.2∼4.0㎛의 범위에 있는 불활성 무기입자(c)0.0001∼0.1중량%범위의 조성물(II)로 이루어진 미연신 필름, 또는 상기한 조성물(II)이 적어도 일표면층을 형성하도록 다른 폴리머와 적층시킨 적층 미연신 필름을, 상기한 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지(a)의 유리 저닝 온도 내지 상기한 열가소성 수지(b)의 유리 전이 온도의 범위 내의 온도에서 적어도 한 방향으로 1.5배 이상 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름의 제조방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 연신 배율이 양축에 3배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조면화 필름의 제조방법.
