Claims (8)

  1. 평균 입자크기가 약 3-4㎛이고 약 10㎛이하기 99.9%, 약6㎛이하가 75%, 약 3.8㎛이하가 50%인 입자분포를 지니는 유리구슬 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 중량을 기준으로하여 약 30ppm-약 150ppm정도의 양만큼 함유하는 선형 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유리구슬의 중량 범위가 약 40ppm-약 80ppm인 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1㎛이하가 100%인 개별적인 입자크기 분포를 지니며 개별적인 입자의 평균크기가 약 0.10-약 0.50㎛인 발연 실리카를 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 중량을 기준으로하여 약 200ppm 약 2000ppm 정도의 양만큼 더 포함하는 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 발연 실리카의 개별적인 입자의 평균 크기 분포가 약 0.20㎛-약 0.40㎛ 사이인 필름.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 발연 실리카의 개별적인 입자 크기 분포가 약 0.25-약 0.35㎛ 사이인 필름.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름안에 들어있는 발연 실리카의 양이 필름 중량을 기준으로하여 약 600-100ppm 사이인 필름.
  7. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리구슬의 표면이 에칭된 필름.
  8. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 약 400-약 500 게이지인 필름.
