Claims (9)
- 용융 가능하고 용융 상태에서 이방성을 나타내는 형의 99.5내지 30중량%의 폴리에스테르와 0.5내지 70중량%의 입상충전물질(앞에서 정의된 것과 같음)로 이루어지며, 우수한 표면 특성이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 포리에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입상충전물질은 알루미나, 실리카, 황산바륨, 유리 비드, 유리 분말, 플루오로 카본 수지와 같은 유기 고분자 물질과 브롬화 디페닐 에테르와 같은 유기 저분자 결정체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 구성원인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 입상 충전물질의 애스팩트비의 범위는 1내지 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 충전물질의 평균 입경은 0.1내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 전항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질은 입상 충전물질과 함께 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질은 상기 입상 충전물질보다 소량 또는 동량으로 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질은 액스팩스비가 5내지 70인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
- 제5항, 6항 및 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질은 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 흑연섬유, 휘스커, 금속섬유, 무기섬유, 합성섬유 및 광물섬유로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 구성원인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 폴리에스테르조성물.
- 제5, 6, 7 및 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입상 충전물질과 섬유상 물질의 총중량은 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 70중량%를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
