제1도는 기본 기판층의 제1표면에 제2층이 직접 붙어 있는 중합체 필름의 도식화된 단면도이다,
제2도는 기판의 제2표면에 또다른 제2층이 붙어있는 중합체 필름이 도식화된 단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 제2층의 중합체 중량을 기준으로 할때 (a)부피분포 평균 입자 직경이 1.0-7.0㎛인 유리 입자 50-1000ppm 및 b)평균 기본 입자크기가 0.01-0.09㎛인 실리카 200-2000ppm이 함유되어 있는 중합물질의 제2층이 최소한 한쪽면위에 멈춰있는 중합물질로된 기본 기판층으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층이 제2층의 중합체 물질의 중량을 기준으로할때 100-800ppm의 유리입자로 구성된 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2층이 이것의 중합체 물질의 중량을 기준으로 할때 800-1600ppm되는 실리카 입자로 구성되는 필름.
  4. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리입자의 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경이 2.0-4.5㎛인 필름.
  5. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카 입자의 평균 기본 입자크기가 0.02-0.08㎛인 필름.
  6. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2층에 있는 실리카 입자들이 평균 입자크기가 0.2-0,4㎛인 응집물 형태로 들어있는 필름.
  7. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2층이 필름 전체 두께의 1-25%를 구성하는 필름.
  8. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두쩨가 75㎛인 필름의 광각 혼탁도가 1.5% 미만인 필름.
  9. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 필름이 두개의 축방향으로 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 최소한 하나의 계2층과 기본 기판층으로 구성된 필름.
  10. 제2층의 중합체 중량을 기준으로할때 a) 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경이 1.0-7.0㎛인 50-1000ppm 되는 유리입자 및 b)평균 기본 입자크기가 0.01-0.09㎛인 실리카 입자로 구성된 중합물질의 제2층을 최고한 한쪽면 위에 가지고 있는 중합물질로된 기본 기판층을 만드는 것으로 중합체 필름의 제조방법.
