Claims (10)
- 플레이트렛 수의 5-100%가 0.5-5.0㎛범위의 입자크기를 갖는 질석 플레이트렛으로 구성된 피복층을 최소한 한쪽 표면에 갖고 있는 중합체 물질의 기판층으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질석 플레이트렛 수의 80-100%가 0.1-5.0㎛사이의 입자크기를 갖는 중합체 필름.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 질석 플레이트렛의 0-5%가 0.1㎛미만의 입자크기를 갖는 중합체 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질석 플레이트렛0-10%가 5.0㎛보다 큰 입자 크기를 갖는 중합체 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질석 플레이트렛 수의 최소한 70%의 플레이트렛이 2:1미만인 최대:최소 너비의 비를 갖는 중합체 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질석 플레이트렛 수의 최소한 60%가 25-40A두께를 갖는 중합체 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질석 플레이트렛 수의 최소한 60%가 200-3000되는 종횡비를 갖는 중합체 필름.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 두방향으로 배향된 필름으로 구성된 중합체 필름.
- 제1항부터 제7항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 두방향으로 배향된 폴리프로필렌 필름인 중합체 필름.
- 중합체 물질의 기판층을 만든뒤 이것의 최소한 한쪽면에 플레이트렛 수의 50-100%가 0.5-5.0㎛범위의 입자크기를 갖는 질석 플레이트렛으로 구성된 피복물층을 도포하는 것으로 이루어진 중합체 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
