Description
(a)バーミキュライトと、
(b)フィルム形成可能なポリマーと、
(c)前記ポリマーにおける前記バーミキュライトに対する分散剤(或いは分散剤の組み合わせ)であって、前記分散剤は負電荷を帯びているものである、分散剤と、
(d)架橋剤と
を含むベースフィルム、及び前記ベースフィルムの少なくとも1つの表面上のコーティングを含むものである。
バーミキュライトの水性懸濁液と、(a)ポリヒドロキシルポリマー、ウレタン−含有ポリマー、ゴム或いはPVDCを有するポリマー、(b)少なくとも1つの分散剤或いは分散剤の混合物、及び(c)第二の懸濁液を形成するための少なくとも1つの架橋剤、を有する溶液とを混合する工程と、
前記第二の懸濁液で基質をコーティングする工程と
を有するものである。

Claims (19)
- コーティングフィルムであって、
ベースフィルム、及び
(a)バーミキュライトと、
(b)ポリビニルアルコールポリマーまたはウレタンポリマーから選択されるフィルム形成可能なポリマーと、
(c)前記ポリマー中における前記バーミキュライトの分散剤であって、前記分散剤は、アニオンカルナバワックスである、分散剤と、
(d)エタンジアール、ジルコニウム炭酸アンモニウム、或いはそれらの混合物である架橋剤と
を含む、前記ベースフィルムの少なくとも1つの表面上のコーティング
を有する、コーティングフィルム。 - 請求項1記載のコーティングフィルムにおいて、前記バーミキュライトは、少なくとも5,000のアスペクト比を有するものである、コーティングフィルム。
- 請求項1記載のコーティングフィルムにおいて、前記バーミキュライトの量は、前記ポリマー及び前記架橋剤を組み合わせた重量の5〜65重量%である、コーティングフィルム。
- 請求項1記載のコーティングフィルムにおいて、前記架橋剤は、前記フィルム形成可能なポリマー重量の0.1〜50重量パーセントの量で存在するものである、コーティングフィルム。
- 請求項1記載のコーティングフィルムにおいて、前記ベースフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、グリコリシドポリエステル(PET−G)、ナイロン、2軸延伸ポリプロピレン、延伸ポリプロピレン、キャストポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ乳酸(polyactic acid:PLA)、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸(polyhydroxyalkanoate:PHA)、ポリ塩化ビニル、及び紙である、コーティングフィルム。
- 請求項1記載のコーティングフィルムであって、このコーティングフィルムは、さらに、前記コーティングに接触するシーラントフィルムを有するものである、コーティングフィルム。
- 請求項6記載のコーティングフィルムにおいて、前記シーラントフィルムは、ポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレンを有するものである、コーティングフィルム。
- 請求項1記載コーティングフィルムにおいて、このコーティングフィルムは、直接及び/又は間接的な食品との接触に対してFDA承認或いはFDA承認可能な成分を含むものである、コーティングフィルム。
- 組成物であって、
(a)水と、
(b)そこに懸濁されたバーミキュライトと
(c)ポリビニルアルコールポリマーまたはウレタンポリマーから選択されるフィルム形成可能なポリマーと、
(d)前記ポリマー中における前記バーミキュライトの分散剤であって、前記分散剤は、アニオンカルナバワックスである、分散剤と、
(e)エタンジアール、ジルコニウム炭酸アンモニウム、或いはそれらの混合物である架橋剤と
を有するものである、組成物。 - 請求項9記載の組成物において、前記フィルム形成可能なポリマーは、ポリビニルアルコールである、組成物。
- 請求項9記載の組成物において、前記バーミキュライトは、少なくとも5,000のアスペクト比を有するものである、組成物。
- 請求項9記載の組成物において、ポリヒドロキシルアルコール及び架橋剤の重量パーセントとしての前記バーミキュライトの量は、5〜65%である、組成物。
- 請求項9記載の組成物において、前記架橋剤は、前記フィルム形成可能なポリマーの0.1〜50重量パーセントの量で存在するものである、組成物。
- コーティングされた成型体であって、
成型体、及び
(a)バーミキュライトと、
(b)ポリビニルアルコールポリマーまたはウレタンポリマーから選択されるフィルム形成可能なポリマーと、
(c)前記ポリマーにおける前記バーミキュライトに対する少なくとも1つの分散剤であって、前記分散剤は、アニオンカルナバワックスである、分散剤と、
(d)エタンジアール、ジルコニウム炭酸アンモニウム、或いはそれらの混合物である架橋剤と
を有するコーティング、
を有するものである、コーティングされた成型体。 - コーティングされたフィルム組成物を製造する方法であって、
(a)ポリビニルアルコールポリマーまたはウレタンポリマーから選択されるポリマーと、
(b)第二の懸濁液を形成するための架橋剤であって、前記架橋剤はエタンジアール、ジルコニウム炭酸アンモニウム、或いはそれらの混合物である、架橋剤、及び前記ポリマー中の前記バーミキュライトの分散剤であって、前記分散剤は、アニオンカルナバワックスである、分散剤と
を含む溶液とバーミキュライトの水性懸濁液とを混合する工程と、
前記第二の懸濁液でベースフィルムをコーティングする工程と
を有する、方法。 - 請求項15記載の方法において、前記ベースフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン、2軸延伸ポリプロピレン、延伸ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸、ポリ乳酸、又は紙である、方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法であって、この方法は、さらに、前記コーティングフィルムの表面上へシーラントフィルムを塗布する工程を有するものである、方法。
- 剪断に対してバーミキュライトを含む懸濁液を安定化させる方法であって、(a)バーミキュライトと、(b)ポリビニルアルコールポリマーまたはウレタンポリマーから選択されるフィルム形成可能なポリマーと、(c)前記バーミキュライトの分散剤であって、前記分散剤は、アニオンカルナバワックスである分散剤とを更に有する混合物において、1若しくはそれ以上の架橋剤であって、前記架橋剤はエタンジアール、ジルコニウム炭酸アンモニウム、或いはそれらの混合物である、架橋剤を使用する工程を有する、方法。
- 請求項18記載の方法において、前記架橋剤は、前記フィルム形成可能なポリマーの0.1〜50重量パーセントの量で存在するものである、方法。
