Abstract

본 발명은 감압성, 자가-접착성 피복물이 제공된 캐리어의 표면을 엠보싱처리된 필름으로 커버시킨, 커버링된 감압성, 자가-접착성 캐리어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전체 시스템이 실리콘을 함유하지 않고, 커버 필름이 재이용가능하며, 자가-접착성 캐리어와 커버 필름 사이의 접착성이 커버 필름의 적당한 엠보싱 처리에 의해 넓은 한계내에서 변할수 있고, 사용된 커버 필름의 강도가 높다는 잇점이 제공된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 감압성, 자가-접착성 피복물이 제공된 캐리어의 표면을 엠보싱처리된 필름으로 커버되는, 커버링된 감압성, 자가-접착성 캐리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름인 커버링된 자가- 접착성 캐리어.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 엠보싱 처리된 필름이 폴리에스테르로부터 제조된 엠보싱처리되고 이축배향되며 열고정된 다층 필름이고, 당해 필름이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 2개의 폴리에스테르 외층(이들 층 사이에 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위와 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트 단위를 함유하는 코폴리에스테르로부터 제조된 저융점 폴리에스테르가 삽입된다)을 포함하는 커버링된 자가- 접착성 캐리어.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엠보싱 처리된 필름의 전체 두께가 5내지 1000㎛이고, 중간층의 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상인 커버링된 자가- 접착성 캐리어.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엠보싱 처리된 필름이 5 내지 20㎛의 앙각을 갖는 커버링된 자가- 접착성 캐리어.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 앙각이 작은 점 형태 또는 선형이며, ㎟당 25 내지 100개가 존재하는 커버링된 자가- 접착성 캐리어.
  7. 감압성, 자가-접착성 피복물이 제공된 캐리어의 표면에 엠보싱처리된 필름을 적용함을 포함하는, 커버링된 감압성, 자가- 접착성 캐리어의 제조방법.
  8. 감압성, 자가-접착성 캐리어용의 재이용 가능한 커버 필름으로서의 엠보싱 처리된 필름의 용도.
