Abstract

반사 표면을 소유하는 지지 층상에 언급된 순서로 연속적으로 쌓여진 제1투명한 수지 층, 인광 층, 및 제2투명한 수지 층을 갖는 인광 제품이 공개된다. 이 인광 층은 제1 및 제2투명한 수지 층으로 단단히 밀봉된 상태로 피복된다. 바람직하게, 제2투명한 수지 층은 인광 층을 덮는 그의 부분의 표면으로부터, 즉 밑에 깔린 인광층에 상응하는 부분에서 압출되도록 형성된 돌출 부분을 갖고, 표면 층(프린트된 층)은 돌출 부분외에 표면, 즉 인광 층이 존재하지 않는 부분의 표면상에 프린트되거나 적용된다. SrAl2O4는 인광 층내에 함유될 인광안료로서 사용되고, 자외선 흡수제를 함유하지 않는 투명한 수지는 제1 및 제2투명한 수지 층용으로 사용된다.

제3도는 본 발명의 인광 제품의 또 다른 예의 층 구조를 보이는 단면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명을 구체화하는 인광 장식용 철물 또는 문장(wappen)의 한 예의 평면도이다.
제5도는제4도의 라인 V-V을 따라 취해진 확대된 단면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 반사 표면을 소유하는 지지층, 이 지지 층상에 쌓여진 제1투명한 수지 층, 이 제1투명한 수지 층상에 쌓여진 인광 층, 및 이 인광 층상에 쌓여진 제2투명한 수지 층으로 구성되는 인광 제품으로서, 상기 인광 층이 인광 안료로서 주로 SrAl2O4를 함유하고, 상기 제1 및 제2투명한 수지 층으로 단단히 밀봉된 상태로 피복되는 인광 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2투명한 수지 층이 자외선 흡수제를 함유하지 않는 투명한 수지로 제조되는 인광 제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2투명한 수지 층이 그의 표면으로부터 압출되도록 형성된 돌출 부분으로 상기 인광 층이 밑에 깔린 그의 부분에 제공되는 인광 제품.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 인광 층이 밑에 깔린 표면 부분외에 상기 제2투명한 수지 층의 표면 부분을 덮도록 적용되고, 상기 제2투명한 수지 층상에 쌓여진 표면 층으로 또한 구성되는 인광 제품.
  5. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 제1투명한 수지 층의 두께가 50∼100㎛ 범위내이고, 상기 인광 층의 두께가 50∼250㎛ 범위내이고, 상기 제2투명한 수지층의 두께가 100∼400㎛ 범위내인 인광 제품.
  6. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 인광 층이 SrAl2O4를 함유하는 합성 수지로 형성되는 인광 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인광 층내 SrAl2O4의 함량이 70∼85중량% 범위인 인광 제품.
  8. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2투명한 수지 층 각각이 폴리우레탄, 폴리카르보네이트, 아크릴수지, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 및 폴리에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 수지로 형성된 인광 제품.
  9. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2투명한 수지 층이 실질적으로 같은 합성 수지로 형성되는 인광 제품.
  10. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기지지 층이 흰색 안료를 함유하는 인광 제품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 흰색 안료가 티타늄 화이트인 인광 제품.
  12. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 지지 층이 짜여지지 않은 섬유, 펠트, 옷감, 합성 수지 시이트 및 금속 시이트중 임의 하나로 형성되는 인광 제품.
  13. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 제1투명한 수지 층과 인접한 그의 표면에 반대인 상기 지지 층의 표면상에 연속적으로 쌓여진 릴리스 층 및 접착제 층으로 또한 구성되는 인광 제품.
