Abstract
금속화된 방향성 필름 조합이 최소한 한쪽면 이상에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 스킨층을 갖춘 프로필렌 중합체를 구비하며 얇은 금속층이 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 표면에 융착된다.

Claims (8)
- 최소한 한쪽면 이상에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 스킹층(A)을 갖춘 프로필렌 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체 기판(B)를 포함하며, 상기 폴리에틸렌은 그곳에 융착된 얇은 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속화된 방향성 필름의 조합.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판(B)의 한족면에 가열 밀봉가능한 중합체층(C)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체층(A) (B) 및 (C)가 동시 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌의 밀도가 약 0.960이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전체 필름의 두께가 약 50게이지 내지 150게이지 단위이며 상기 폴리에틸렌 층(A)의 두께가 약 3게이지 단위 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 약 1.8 내지 2.5의 옵티컬 밀도로 융착된 알루미늄으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합.
