Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una película de encogimiento de múltiples capas, que comrpende: a) una primera capa o capa de sellado que comprende un material polimérico seleccionado a partir del grupo que consiste en material sellador que no se reticula en presencia de radiación por ionización y, un meterial sellador que se somete a tratamiento superficial de adherencia en presencia de radiación por ionización, para impartir una tendencia a la adherencia a un producto de carne contenido durante la cocción; b) una segunda capa de encogimiento, ligada por fusión a la primera capa; c) una tercera capa adhesiva, ligada por fusión a la segunda capa, que comprende un copolímero químicamente modificado de etileno y alquilacrilato o etileno y acetato de vinilo; d) una cuarta capa de barrera, ligada por fusión a la tercera capa, que comprende un copolímero de etileno y alcohol de vinilo; e) una quinta capa adhesiva como en la tercera capa ligada por fusión a la cuarta etapa; y f) una sexta capa de abuso, ligada por fusión a la quinta capa; en donde el etileno-alquilacrilato está presente en cualquiera de las capas adhesivas o en las capas de encogimiento y abuso.
