Claims (18)

  1. 용매로서 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정하여 10-40dl/g의 고유점도를 갖는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 것보다 낮은 고유점도를 갖는 저분자량 또는 고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 구성하되, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌은 두 폴리에틸렌의 합을 기준으로 하여 15-40중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 두 폴리에틸렌은 전체적으로 3.5-15dl/g의 고유점도 {η}c와 4.5kg·cm 이하의 용융 토오크 T를 갖는 올레핀 수지조성물(A)와, 올레핀 수지조성물을 기준으로 하여 1-70중량%의 미립자상 무기충전재, 섬유상 충전재, 액상 및 고상 윤활체로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 첨가제(B)로 구성되는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에서, 올레핀 수지조성물(A)내의 저분자량 또는 고분자량 폴리에틸렌은 0.1-5dl/g의 고유점도 {η}h를 갖는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에서, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌은 올레핀 수지조성물(A)내에 20-35중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에서, 미립자상 무기충전재(B)는 0.1-30㎛의 메디안 직경을 갖는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에서, 미립자상 무기충전재(B)는 탈크인 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  6. 제1항에서, 미립자상 무기충전재(B)는 5-50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  7. 제1항에서, 섬유상 충전재(B)는 1-50㎛의 섬유직경과 1-10mm의 섬유길이를 갖는 무기 또는 유기섬유로 구성되는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  8. 제1항에서, 섬유상 충전재(B)는 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유인 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  9. 제1항에서, 섬유상 충전재(B)는 3-50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  10. 제1항에서, 액상윤활제(B)는 원유형 윤활유 또는 합성윤활유인 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  11. 제1항에서, 액상윤활제(B)는 20-80몰%의 에틸렌 함량과 500-10,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 에틸렌/올레핀 공중합체로 구성되는 합성윤활유인 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  12. 제1항에서, 액상윤활제는 1-20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  13. 제1항에서, 고상윤활제(B)는 1-100㎛의 입자크기를 갖는 분말인 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  14. 제1항에서, 고상윤활제(B)는 흑연 또는 폴리테트라 후루오로에틸렌의 분말인 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  15. 제1항에서, 고상윤활제는 3-50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 기술된 바와 같은 조성물을 사출성형에 의해 제조되는 것이 특징인 사출성형용 올레핀 수지조성물.
  17. 제16항에서, 사출성형은 1000-4000kg/㎠의 사출압력하에서 200-290℃의 실린더 온도에서 수행되는
  18. 용매로서 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정하여 의 고유점도를 갖는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 것보다 낮은 고유점도를 갖는 저분자량 또는 고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 구성하되, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌은 두 폴리에틸렌의 합을 기준으로 하여 15-40중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 두 폴리에틸렌은 전체적으로 3.5-15dl/g의 고유점도 {η}c와 4.5kg·cm 이하의 용융토오크 T를 갖는 올레핀 수지조성물과, 올레핀 수지조성물을 기준으로 하여 1-70중량%의 액상 및 고상 윤활제로 구성되는 것이 특징인 활강재.
