Abstract

(A) 평균 2차 입자 크기가 50∼200nm이고, 평균 1차 입자 크기 비율(길이/폭)이 1.25∼3.0이며, 평균 1차 입자 크기/1차 입자 크기의 표준 편차 비율(d/σ)이 0.5∼5.0인 실리카 입자 0.01∼1중량%, 및 (B) 평균 입자 크기가 300∼1500nm인 불활성 입자 0.01∼1중량%를 함유하는 이축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름이 제공된다.
본 발명의 폴리에스테르 필름은 생산 라인에서 필름 또는 테이프를 고속으로 주입하는 것이 가능토록 하며, 테이프의 단가를 낮추기 위해 값싼 자재를 사용할 때에도 적용될 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. (A) 평균 2차 입자 크기가 50∼200nm이고, 평균 1차 입자 크기 비율(길이/폭)이 1.25∼3.0이며, 평균 1차 입자 크기/1차 입자 크기의 표준 편차 비율(d/σ)이 0.5∼5.0인 실리카 입자 0.01∼1중량%, 및 (B) 평균 입자 크기가 300∼1500nm인 불활성 입자 0.01∼1중량%를 함유하는 이축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 입자(A)의 고유 표면적이 30∼80㎡/g인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 입자(A)가 염소 원자 10∼500ppm을 함유하는 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입자(B)가, 합성 탄소 칼슘 입자 및 내열성 유기 중합체 입자로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 것인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 주변 써클에 대한 불활성 입자(B)의 면적 비율이 60% 이상인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입자(B)의 입자 크기 분포율이 50% 이하인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입자(B), 평균 입자 크기가 300∼650㎜인 불활성 입자(B1)이 0.05∼0.5중량% 및 평균 입자 크기가 750∼1300nm인 불활성 입자(B2) 0.01∼0.25중량%를 함유하는 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 불활성 입자(B2) 및 불활성 입자(B1) 사이의 평균 입자 크기 면적 비율의 차이가 200∼600nm인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 한계 점도차가 0.5∼0.6인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  10. (a) 실리콘 테트라클로라이드의 화염 가수 분해에 의하여 합성되고, 고유 표면적인 30∼80㎡/g이며, 평균 입자 크기가 50∼200nm인 실리카 입자 0.01중량% 이상 내지 0.5중량% 미만, (b) 평균 입자 크기가 300∼650nm인 합성 탄산 칼슘 입자 0.05∼0.5중량%, 및 (c) 평균 입자 크기가 750∼1300nm인 합성 탄산 칼슘 입자 0.01∼0.25중량%를 함유하는 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 합성 탄산 칼슘 입자 (b) 및 (c)가 주변 써클에 비하여 60% 이상의 면적 비율을 갖는 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 합성 탄산 칼슘 입자 (b)와 (c) 사이의 평균 입자 크기 차이가 200∼600nm인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 필름의 한계 점도차가 0.5∼0.6인 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
