Abstract

본 발명은 약 40 내지 약 55중량%의 티타늄, 약 0.4내지 약 5중량부의 코발트, 약 7내지 약 14중량%의 텅스텐, 0.01내지 약 5중량부의 리튬 및 약 0.1내지 약 20중량부의 세륨으로 이루어진 바람직한 담황색 루틸 안료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 약 40내지 약 55중량%의 티타늄, 약 0.4내지 약 5중량부의 코발트, 약 7내지 약 14중량%의 텅스텐, 약 0.01내지 약 5중량부의 리튬 및 약 0.1내지 약 20중량부의 세륨으로 이루어진 담황색 루틸 안료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코발트 대 텅스텐의 중량비가 약 0.02:1내지 약 0.8:1인 안료 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약 45내지 약 50중량%의 티타늄을 함유하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 안티몬 및 크롬을 함유하지 않는 것인 안료 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄이 이산화티타늄으로서 존재하고 그의 95%이상이 루틸 결정 구조인 안료 조성물.
  6. 약 68내지 약 85중량%의 이산화티타늄의 고용체로 이루어지고, 그중 99%이상이 루틸 결정 구조를 가지며, 상기 이산화티타늄은 그의 구조내에 고용체의 총 중량에 대해 약 0.4내지 약 5중량%의 코발트, 약 7내지 약 14중량%의 텅스텐, 약 0.01내지 약 5중량%의 리튬 및 약 0.1내지 약 20중량%의 세륨을 함유한 담황색 루틸 무기 안료 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 코발트 대 텅스텐의 중량비가 약 0.02:1내지 약 0.8:인 안료 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 약 75내지 약 85중량%의 이산화티타늄을 함유하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 코발트가 고용체중에 약 0.91내지 약 2.3중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 코발트가 고용체중에 약 10.9내지 약 13. 1중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 안티몬 및 크롬을 함유하지 않는 것인 안료 조성물.
  12. 약 45내지 약 50중량%의 티타늄을 이산화티타늄으로서 함유하고, 그중 99%이상이 루틸 결정 구조를 가지며, 상기 이산화티타늄은 그의 구조내에 안료 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 약 0.91내지 약 2.3중량%의 코발트, 약 10.9내지 약 13. 1중량%의 텅스텐, 약 0.01내지 약 0.1중량%의 리튬 및 약 0.2내지 약 1중량%의 세륨을 함유하는 것인 담황색 루틸 안료 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 코발트 대 텅스텐의 중량비가 약 0.07:1내지 약 0.21:1인 안료 조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 티타늄을 이산화티타늄으로서 약 48중량%함유하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 약 0.05중량%의 리륨을 함유하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 약 0.6중량%의 리튬을 함유하는 것인 안료 조성물.
  17. 제l2항에 있어서, 안티몬 및 크롬을 함유하지 않는 것인 안료 조성물.
