Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테르중에 유기-무기 복합입자를 첨가함으로써 이활성, 내스크래치성 및 내마모성을 향상시킨 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것이다. 즉, 무기미립자를 유기고분자에 피복시킨 무기-유기 복합체로서 평균입경 0.05 내지 5㎛의 것을 폴리에스테르 총중량에 대하여 0.01 내지 5.0중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름은 이활성, 내스크래치성 및 내마모성이우수하여 특히 자기기록매체의 베이스필름에 적용하기에 적합하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 무기미립자를 유기고분자에 피복시킨 무기-유기 복합체로서 평균입경 0.05 내지 5㎛의 것을 폴리에스테르 총중량에 대하여 0.01 내지 5.0중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기고분자가 아크릴계, 스티렌계, 비닐 중합계 및 이들의 공중합계의 적어도 하나이고, 무기 미립자는 산화티탄, 알루미나, 산화주석, 산화철, 실리카 및 산화니오븀의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기미립자가 평균입경 5 내지 50㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
