Abstract
자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조에 있어서 평균입경 0.1내지 2㎛의 구상 실리카 입자, 평균입경 0.1내지 3㎛의 탄산칼슘 입자 및 평균입경 0.1내지 1㎛의 알루미나 입자를 활제로 사용함을 특징으로 하여 필름의 주행성, 내스크래치성 및 전자 변환 특성을 개선시키는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 개선된 주행성 내스크래치성 및 전자변환 특성을 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름이 제공된다.

Claims (4)
- 자기기록 매체용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조시 평균입경 0.1내지 2㎛의 구상 실리카 입자, 평균입경 0.1내지 3㎛의 탄산칼슘 입자 및 평균입경 0.1내지 1㎛의 알루미나 입자를 활제로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 자기 기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름의 주행성, 내스크래치성 및 전자변환 특성을 개선시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조시 사용하는 폴리에스테르에 대해 상기 구상 실리카 입자를 0.01내지 1.0중량%, 탄산칼슘 입자를 0.01내지 2.0중량%, 알루미나 입자를 0.1내지 2.0중량%의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세가지 성분의 첨가량의 합이 상기 폴리에스테르에 대해 0.1내지 3중량% 범위 내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 개선된 주행성, 내스크래치성 및 전자 변환 특성을 갖는 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
