본 발명은 필름 표면돌기를 형성하는 입자의 입도분포가 서로 다른 두종 이상의 입자를 함유하므로써 주행성이 향상된 자기기록매체용 폴리에스터 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 에틸렌 2,6-나프탈레이트 구조가 주반복단위인 자기기록매체용 폴리에스터필름에 있어서, 필름의 표면돌기를 형성하는 입자의 입도분포가 서로 다른 두종 이상의 입자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 주행성이 우수한 자기기록매체용 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 두종 이상의 입자의 입도분포는 다음 식(Ⅰ)로 표현되는 입도분포가 0.3이상 차이남을 특징으로 하는 주행성이 우수한 자기기록매체용 폴리에스터 필름.d25/d75(Ⅰ)(여기서 d는 총 100%의 누적분포중 최대입경치로부터 25%인 지점의 입경치이고, d는 누적 75%인 지점의 평균입경치이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입도분포가 사로 다른 입자들의 평균 입경(d50)은 같거나 다를 수 있으며, 다를 경우 그 차이가 0.5㎛이내임을 특징으로 하는 주행성이 우수한 자기기록매체용 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 구형 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 다공성 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 가교고분자 미립자 중에서 선택된 2종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 주행성이 우수한 자기기록매체용 폴리에스터 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
